dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับภาคเอกชน และ (2) นำเสนอรูปแบบการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับภาคเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 25 คน ผู้วิจัยพัฒนารูปแบบโดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินของเคิร์ก แพททริค เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย จำนวน 3 รอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในรอบสุดท้ายทำให้ได้ข้อความที่เป็นเกณฑ์ จำนวน 159 ข้อ จากจำนวน 300 ข้อ 2. รูปแบบการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับภาคเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 2.1 ขั้นตอนการประเมินมี 8 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) กำหนดวิธีการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (2) กำหนดรูปแบบการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (3) กำหนดการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (4) กำหนดผู้ให้ข้อมูลการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (5) กำหนดเกณฑ์ในการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (6) กำหนดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (7) กำหนดระยะเวลาในการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม และ (8) กำหนดรายงานการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม 2.2 เกณฑ์การประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม จำแนกตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1) วิธีการประเมินผล ใช้แบบทดสอบภาคปฏิบัติ และแบบสอบถาม (2) รูปแบบการประเมินผล ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินของเคิร์ก แพททริค และเพิ่มการประเมินด้านการวางแผน (3) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินผลด้วยสถิติการวัดแนวโน้มเข้าสู่ส่วนกลาง และการวัดการกระจาย (4) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลการประเมินผล ได้แก่ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม หัวหน้างาน และวิทยากร (5) เกณฑ์การตัดสินผลการประเมิน ครอบคลุมด้านการวางแผน ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านปฏิกิริยา ด้านการเรียนรู้ ประเมินเนื้อหาตามโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป MS-Office ประเมินการเรียนรู้ 3 ด้าน คือ ความรู้ ทักษะ ทัศนคติ ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมในการปฏิบัติงานต้องเพิ่มขึ้น 61-80% ปริมาณงานที่ผลิตด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ต้องเพิ่มขึ้น 21-40% หรือ 61-80% (6) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการประเมิน : เน้นการเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในการฝึกอบรม (7) ระยะเวลาการประเมินผล : ประเมิน 3 ระยะ คือ ก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังการฝึกอบรม (8) การรายงานการประเมินผล : จัดทำเป็นบันทึก หรือเอกสารรายงานen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were (1) to study experts' opinions regarding a model for computer training workshop evaluation for private sector and (2) to propose a model for computer training workshop evaluation. The samples were 25 experts in computer training workshop evaluation. The researcher developed a model based on kirk patrick training program model. The data were collected by three rounds of Delphi technique. The instruments comprised of a structured interview and five-rating scale questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by median and interquatile range. The findings revealed that : 1. The 159 items of group final consensus from 300 items were considered as a model for computer training workshop. 2. A computer training workshop evaluation model for private sector were : 2.1 A model comprised of 8 steps : (1) Identify evaluation method (2) Identify model for evaluation (3) Identify data analysis evaluation (4) Identify sources of evaluation data (5) Identify criteria for evaluation (6) Identify evaluation of facility (7) Identify evaluation time and (8) Identify evaluation report. 2.2 The evaluation criteria categorized by steps were : (1) Evaluation methods : use practice test and questionnaires. (2) Model for evaluation: use kirk patrick evaluation model and evaluation workshop planning. (3) Data analysis : use measures of central tendency and measures of dispersion. (4) Sources of evaluation data : collect data from trainees, supervisor and instructors. (5) Criteria for evaluation comprised of planning, input, reaction, and learning; content evaluated based on MS-Office Program; evaluate 3 learning domains : knowledge, skills and attitudes; skills in using MS-Office should increase 61-80%; materials produced by computer should increase 21-40% or 61-80%. (6) Facility evaluation : emphasize materials and hardwares required in training. (7) Evaluation time : evaluate 3 periods, prior training, during training and post training. (8) Evaluation report : make a report in the form of memo or summary report.en
