dc.description.abstract	พัฒนาระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อวิเคราะห์การจัดความสัมพันธ์อุปกรณ์ป้องกัน ระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) ซึ่งในปัจจุบันเป็นแบบเรเดียล ส่วนอุปกรณ์ป้องกันระบบจำหน่ายเป็นชนิด การป้องกันกระแสเกินเป็นหลัก การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลและฐานความรู้ของระบบ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในวิทยานิพนธ์นี้จึงอ้างอิงตาม ข้อกำหนด ข้อเท็จจริง และมาตรฐานของ กฟภ. นอกจากนั้นในส่วนของฐานความรู้ของระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญนี้ ยังประกอบด้วยความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับ การจัดความสัมพันธ์อุปกรณ์ป้องกันระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า โดยนำมาจาก ข้อมูล ข้อกำหนด วิธีการ รายละเอียดต่างๆ หนังสือ บทความ ความรู้และประสบการณ์ของวิศวกร ที่ทำหน้าที่ออกแบบการป้องกันระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นถึงการทำงานของ อุปกรณ์ป้องกันในระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า เมื่อเกิดความผิดพร่องขึ้นภายในเขตป้องกันของอุปกรณ์นั้นๆ ว่าทำงานผิดพลาดหรือไม่ ทำงานสัมพันธ์กับอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอื่นหรือไม่ และจะวิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสมของการกำหนดค่าเริ่มทำงาน ของอุปกรณ์ป้องกันแต่ละตัว นอกจากนั้นยังได้มีการวิเคราะห์ ตำแหน่งการติดตั้งของอุปกรณ์ป้องกันด้วย เมื่อใช้ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ วิเคราะห์รายละเอียดดังได้กล่าวมาแล้วนั้น ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญในงานวิจัยนี้จะสามารถให้รายงาน รวมทั้งแนวทางเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น จากการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ป้องกันนั้นด้วย	en

The expert system is developed by using expert system shell and programming Language. The system will check setting, coordination, installation and operation of protective devices in PEA system by using PEA's standard, criteria and experience of PEA protection engineers. Expert system reports the results of setting and coordination analysis. It will also provide the initial settings analysis.
