dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดของมารดาเด็กออทิสติก 2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดของมารดาเด็กออทิสติกที่มี อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนและบุตรที่มีอายุแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาของเด็กออทิสติก อายุ 1-19 ปี ซึ่งพาบุตรเข้ารับการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการที่มูลนิธิสถาบันแสงสว่าง สถาบันสุขภาพเด็กแห่งชาติมหาราชินี โรงพยาบาลยุวประสาทไวทโยปถัมภ์ จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดของมารดาเด็กออทิสติกที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้นเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ครั้งนี้คือ การทดสอบความแตกต่างของสัดส่วนด้วยไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square test of homogeneity of Proportion) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. มารดาเด็กออทิสติกใช้พฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหา และแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ไม่ใช้พฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดแบบหลีกหนี 2. มารดาที่มีอายุแตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. มารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. มารดาที่มีรายได้ครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. มารดาที่มีบุตรอายุต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to 1) study the patterns of coping behaviors in mothers of autistic children, 2) compare the coping behaviors in mothers of autistic children who had the differences in ages, educational levels, family monthly incomes and the differences in ages of their autistic children. The subjects were 200 mothers of 1 to 19 year-old autistic children who were treated at Satabun Sangswang Foundation, Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health and Yuvaprasatvitayopratum Hospital. The coping behavior questionnaire, developed by the researcher was used. And the data were analyzed by the Chi-Square test of Homogeniety of Proportion. The results are as follows: 1. Mothers of autistic children have problem-focused and social support coping behaviors, none have avoidance coping behaviors. 2. Mothers with different ages hae significantly different coping behaviors (p<.01) 3. Mothers with different levels of education have significantly different coping behaviors. (p<.01) 4. Mothers with different family monthly incomes have significantly different coping behaviors. (p<.01) 5. Mothers with different levels of children's age have significantly different coping behaviors.
