| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การคลอดและสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก ตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างมีแผนและไม่มีแผนและเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์การคลอดกับสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก ตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างมีแผนและไม่มีแผน ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ประสบการณ์การคลอดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารกตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้อง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ประสบการณ์การคลอดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารกตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างมีแผน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ประสบการณ์การคลอดมีความสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารกตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างไม่มีแผน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของประสบการณ์การคลอด และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารกตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างมีแผน อยู่ในระดับสูงกว่า มารดา ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างไม่มีแผนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของประสบการณ์การคลอด กับสัมพันธภาพระหวางมารดาและทารก ตามการรับรู้ของมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างไม่มีแผนและไม่ได้ยาเร่งคลอดอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่า มารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาทารกออกทางหน้าท้องอย่างไม่มีแผน และได้ยาเร่งคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | s research was designed to study birth experiences and maternal-newborn bonding as perceived by planned and unplanned ceasarean section mothers and to study relationships between these variables as perceived by planned and unplanned ceasarean section mothers. The major findings were : 1. Pearson Product Moment Correlation showed positive relationships between birth experiences and maternal-newborn bonding as perceived by ceasarean section mothers at the .05 significant level. 2. Pearson Product Moment Correlation showed negative relationships between birth experiences and maternal-newborn bonding as perceived by planned ceasarean section mothers at the .05 significant level. 3. Pearson Product Moment Correlation showed positive relationships between birth experiences and maternal-newborn bonding as perceived by unplanned ceasarean section mothers at the .05 significant level. 4. Mean score of birth experiences and maternal-newborn bonding as perceived by planned ceasarean section mothers was higher than unplanned ceasarean section mothers at the .05 significant level. 5. Mean score of birth experiences and maternal-newborn bonding as perceived by noninduction unplanned ceasarean section mothers was higher than induction ceasarean section mothers at the .05 significant level. |
