| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาถึง heart rate variability (HRV) ของผู้ป่วย asymptomatic Brugada syndrome เปรียบเทียบกับคนที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจปกติ วิธีการวิจัย: ทำการตรวจหาค่า HRV โดยการติด Hoter ECG monitoring เป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง ในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติแบบ Brugada syndrome โดยที่ยังไม่เคยมีอาการผิดปกติใดๆ 16 คน เปรียบเทียบกับคนที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจปกติ 27 คน ที่อยู่ในช่วงอายุเดียวกัน ผลการวิจัย: ค่าความแปรปรวนของอัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ ในผู้ที่เข้าร่วมการวิจัยทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในทุกๆ ด้าน กล่าวคือ ค่า SDNN ในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติ มีค่าเท่ากับ 144+-37 ms ในขณะที่คนปกติมีค่าเท่ากับ 148+-39 ms (p = 0.26). ค่า SDANN ในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติ เทียบกับคนปกติ มีค่าเท่ากับ 129+-41 ms และ 138+-43 ms ตามลำดับ (p = 0.51). ค่า rMSSD ในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติ เทียบกับคนปกติ มีค่าเท่ากับ 50+-32 ms และ 36+-16 ms ตามลำดับ (p = 0.12). ค่า pNN50 ในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติ เทียบกับคนปกติ มีค่าเท่ากับ 14+-12 % และ 11+-9 % ตามลำดับ (p = 0.23) สรุป: ค่าความแปรปรวนของอัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ ในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติแบบผู้ป่วยบรูกาด้า แต่ยังไม่เคยมีอาการใดๆ มีค่าไม่ต่างจากคนปกติ ซึ่งหมายถึง การทำงานของระบบประสาทอัตโนมัติในผู้ที่มีคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจผิดปกติดังกล่าว ไม่แตกต่างจากคนทั่วไป | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Objective : To measure the heart rate variability (HRV) in asymptomatic Brugada syndrome Methods : In 16 consecutive asymptomatic persons with the EKG pattern of Brugada syndrome, the HRVs were measured from 24-h Holter ECG moniting and compared to 27 healthy controls. Results : There were no significant differences in HRV between asymptomatic Brugada syndrome and normal subjects : the mean HRV (SDNN) were 144+-37 ms in asymptomatic Brugada syndrome and 148+-39 ms in normal subjects (p = 0.26). SDANN were 129+-41 ms and 138+-43 ms (p = 0.51); rMSSD were 50+-32 ms and 36+-16 ms (p = 0.12); pNN50 were 14+-12 % and 11+-9 % (p = 0.23) respectively. Conclusions : The HRV in asymptomatic Brugada Syndrome patients are not different from normal persons. We conclude that the autonomic modulation in persons with abnormal EKG like Brugada pattern is not different from normal people. | en |
