| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานของสมาคมซอฟท์บอลสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานของสมาคมซอฟท์บอลสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย ตามการรับรู้ของคณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคม ผู้ควบคุมทีม และนักกีฬาซอฟท์บอลทีมชาติ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2536-2539 โดยส่งแบบสำรวจและการสัมภาษณ์ คณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมซอฟท์บอลตำแหน่งอุปนายก รองเลขาธิการ เหรัญญิก ประชาสัมพันธ์ นายทะเบียน ฝ่ายเทคนิค ฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขันปฏิคม กรรมการกลาง 2 คน จำนวน 10 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืนมา 10 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 และส่งแบบสอบถามไปให้คณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคม จำนวน 26 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมา 22 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.61 ผู้ควบคุมทีม จำนวน 10 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมา 10 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 และนักกีฬาซอฟท์บอลทีมชาติ จำนวน 130 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมา 113 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.92 รวมส่งแบบสอบถามทั้งสิ้น 166 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมา 145 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.34 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe') ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของสมาคมซอฟท์บอลสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และสภาพการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และด้านการประสานงาน, อยู่ในระดับดี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการอำนวยการ และด้านการรายงานผล 2. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของสมาคมซอฟท์บอลสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัญหาการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการดำนวยการ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล มีเพียงด้านเดียวที่มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับน้อย คือ ด้านการจัดองค์การ 3. การเปรียบเทียบสภาพโดยรวมในการดำเนินงานของสมาคมซอฟท์บอลสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย ตามการรับรู้ของคณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคม ผู้ควบคุมทีม และนักกีฬาซอฟท์บอลทีมชาติ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสภาพการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการอำนวยการ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล และไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เพียงด้านเดียวคือ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ 4. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของสมาคมซอฟท์บอลสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย ตามการรับรู้ของคณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคม ผู้ควบคุมทีม และนักกีฬาซอฟท์บอลทีมชาติ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยปัญหาการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการอำนวยการ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล และไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เพียง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ และด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the state and problems in operating the Amateur Softball Association of Thailand as perceived by the administration committee, coaches and the national softball athletes from 1993-1996 A.D. The 10 questionnaires were sent to the administration committee such as Vice President, Vice Secretary General, Treasurer, Public Relations, Registrar Technical Section, Competition Organizing section, Receptionist and Central Committee, and 10 or 100 percent were returned, 26 questionnaires were sent to administration committee, and 22 or 84.61 percent were returned, 10 questionnaires were sent to administration committee, and 22 or 84.61 percent were returned, 10 questionnaires were sent to coaches and 10 or 100 percent were returned and 130 questionnaires were sent to national softball athletes and 113 or 86.92 were returned. The total questionnaires were 166 papers and 145 questionnaires or 89.34 percent were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages means and standard deviations. One-Way ANOVA was used to test the significant differences. The Scheffe' method also employed to test the significant differences between means. The findings were as follows: 1. The whole proceeding state of the Amateur Softball Association of Thailand was at the fair level and each area of planning, organizing, staff organizing, budgeting, location and material, and co-ordinating, except the directing and reporting areas was at the good level. 2. The whole problems of the Amateur Softball Association of Thailand were at the high level and each area of planning, staff organizing, budgeting, location and material, directing, co-ordinating and reporting except organization area was at the low level. 3. The whole proceeding state of the Amateur Softball Association of Thailand as perceived by the administration committee, coaches and national softball athletes were sitnificantly different at the .05 level. These areas were planning organizing, staff organization, budgeting, directing, co-ordinating and reporting whereas the location and material area was not significantly different at the .05 level. 4. The whole proceeding problems of the Amateur Softball Association of Thailand as perceived by the administration committee, coach and national softball athletes were significantly different at .05 level.
