dc.description.abstractศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความต้องการการออกนอกระบบราชการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาของรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐจำนวน 404 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม ประมวลข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรม SPSS/PC+ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และสหสัมพันธ์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรปุได้ดังนี้ 1. อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการออกนอกระบบราชการ ของมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. อาจารย์ที่มีเพศและอายุแตกต่างกัน มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกนอกระบบราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยแตกต่างกัน 3. อาจารย์ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ตำแหน่งทางการบริหารและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติต่อการออกนอกระบบราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยแตกต่างกัน 4. อาจารย์ที่มีเพศและอายุแตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการการออกนอกระบบราชการแตกต่างกัน 5. อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานครและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยในส่วนภูมิภาค มีการเปิดรับข่าวสารความรู้ ทัศนคติและความต้องการ การออกนอกระบบราชการไม่แตกต่างกัน 6. การเปิดรับข่าวสารไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ และความต้องการการออกนอกระบบราชการ แต่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติต่อการออกนอกระบบราชการ ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ 7. ความรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติต่อการออกนอกระบบราชการ แต่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการการออกนอกระบบราชการ ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ 8. ทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการการออกนอกระบบราชการ ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ 9. ทัศนคติเป็นตัวแปรที่อธิบายความต้องการ การออกนอกระบบราชการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐได้มากที่สุดen
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo examine the correlation among information exposure, knowledge, attitude and desire of the faculty members on the autonomous university. The samples were 404 faculty members. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. SPSS/PC+ was employed for data processing. T-test, one-way anova, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used for analysis of the data. The finding of the research were as follows: 1. Faculty members different in sex, education level, income, academic position and length of work were exposed to information about the autonomous university indifferently. 2. Faculty members different in sex and age were different in levels of knowledge of the autonomous university. 3. Faculty members different in sex, age, education level, academic position, administrative position and length of work were different in attitude toward the autonomous university. 4. Facultly members different in sex and age were different in the desire on the autonomous university. 5. Faculty members in Bangkok and the regions were not different in information exposure, knowledge, attitude and the desire on the autonomous university. 6. Information exposure did not correlate with knowledge and the desire on the autonomous university, but correlated with attitude. 7. Knowledge of the autonomous university did not correlate with the attitude toward the autonomous university, but correlated with the desire. 8. Attitude toward the autonomous university correlated with the desire. 9. The variable the could best explain the desire of the faculty members on the autonomous university was the attitude toward the autonomous university.en
