dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องกระบวนการพยาบาล และสัมพันธภาพ เพื่อการบำบัดในผู้ป่วยจิตเวชต่อความรู้และการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนและหลังได้รับการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และเปรียบเทียบความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการพยาบาลและสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัด ในผู้ป่วยจิตเวชและการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักศึกษากลุ่ม ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนกับนักศึกษากลุ่ม ที่ได้รับการสอบแบบปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ จำนวน 40 คน จัดเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 20 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงและจัดกลุ่มด้วยวิธีการจับคู่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการพยาบาลจิตเวช และเรื่องสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัดในผู้ป่วยจิตเวช และแบบทดสอบการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ เครื่องมือทั้งหมดนี้ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง และได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการพยาบาลจิตเวช สำหรับแบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการพยาบาลจิตเวช และสัมพันธภาพเพื่อบำบัดในผู้ป่วยจิตเวช และแบบทดสอบการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยง และได้ค่าความเที่ยงเป็น 0.83 และ 0.77 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการพยาบาลและสัมพันธภาพ เพื่อการบำบัดในผู้ป่วยจิตเวช และการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนภายหลังการทดลอง สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการพยาบาลและสัมพันธภาพ เพื่อการบำบัดในผู้ป่วยจิตเวช และการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนสูงกว่ากลุ่ม ที่ได้รับการสอนแบบปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05en
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this quasi experimental research were to study the effects of using computer assisted instruction on nursing process and theapeutic relationship in psychiatric patients on knowledge and critical thinking of nursing students before and after receiving teaching by computer assisted instruction and to compare the same variables after the experiment between experimental group and control group. Research subjects were the 40 second year students form Police Nursing College by purposive sampling and devided into 20 each, randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group by match pair strategy. Research instruments were computer assisted instructional programs, achievement test and critical thinking test. These instruments were developed by the researcher were content validated by experts in computer assisted instruction in psychiatric nursing. The internal reliability of the test were 0.83 and 0.77, respectively. Statistical techniques used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test. The major finding were as the following. 1. The knowledge of nursing process and therapeutic relationship in psychiatric patients and critical thinking of nursing students after being taught by coomputer assisted instruction were significantly higher than before, at the .05 level. 2. The knowledge of nursing process and therpeutic relationship in psychiatric patients and critical thinking of nursing students who were taught by computer assisted instruction was significantly higher than those who were taught by conventional teaching method, at the .05 level.en
