| Abstract: | เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ความต้องการและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษา ในมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย โดยใช้แบบสำรวจและแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหาร ผู้สอน และพระนิสิต จำนวน 182 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษา มีการนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้ในด้านการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านบริหาร และด้านบริการน้อยที่สุด เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้อยู่มีไม่ครบทุกหน่วยงาน ส่วนมากเป็นรุ่น 486 และมีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอ ส่วนด้านการเรียนการสอนมีการเรียนวิชาศาสตร์คณิตกรณ์เบื้องต้น ในวิทยาเขตเชียงใหม่และวิทยาเขตแพร่ ยกเว้นในส่วนกลาง เพราะยังไม่มีความพร้อม ความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านบริการมีความต้องการศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการบริหารโดยติดตั้งระบบ LAN และระบบ Internet เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน โดยมีบุคลากรด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ดูแลและรับผิดชอบ ด้านบริการมีความต้องการระบบ Internet เพื่อค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อสืบค้นข้อมูลห้องสมุด และโปรแกรมการสืบค้นข้อมูลพระไตรปิฎก BUDSIR IV รวมทั้งบุคลากรด้านคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับให้บริการ และแนะนำการใช้ในหน่วยงานต่างๆ ด้านการเรียนการสอนมีความต้องการให้นำคอมพิวเตอร์มาประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิชาต่างๆ เปิดวิชาเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพิ่มขึ้น เพิ่มจำนวนเครื่องและห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านบริหารมีปัญหาการขาดบุคลากรด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ งบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ ต้องการการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและขาดสถานที่ก่อสร้างศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านบริการ ยังไม่มีการจัดให้เป็นระบบ และมีการให้บริการน้อยมาก และด้านการเรียนการสอน ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ทางคอมพิวเตอร์ และมีปัญหาในเรื่องเวลาในการเรียนการสอน เครื่องและห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอ |
| Other Abstract: | Studies the states, needs and problems concerning computer application for education in Mahachulalongkornradvidyalaya by using the survey and questionnaire. The sample was 182 administors, teachers, and students. The data was analyzed by using percentage, madian and standard deviation. The study revealed that the states of computer application for education, computers were used mostly in learning and teaching, second most common was in administration, and in the serving part the least. The states of using computer were not in every unit and had not enough for working. In the teaching and learning part, the students learnt about computer in Chiangmai and Prea Campus except in Bangkok, because it is not ready. The needs in administration include the need for a computer center for administer in work efficiently by using LAN and Internet, and need a programmer to work with responsibility too. The service part needs Internet for searching information from many resources and libraries, and needs a program BUDSIR IV for searching Pra Tri-Pidok and programmer to suggest how to use it too. In teaching and learning part, they need computer to assist in teaching and learning in every subject, and need more subject about using computers in the curriculum and also need more computers and computer rooms. Problems in using computer application for education, had the most problems which divided into 3 parts; first in the administration part, they had problems about the lack of a programmer, had a too limited budget for a computer and the place to build the computer center. Second, the serving part was not systematic in working and geve less in services. Third, teaching and learning, lacked a computer probrammer and had problems about time and did not have enough computers and computer rooms. |
