dc.description.abstract	การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาอัตราอุบัติการณ์และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการประสบ อุบัติเหตุในอดีตและ 1 ปีที่ผ่านมาของผู้ประกอบอาชีพเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำแบบพัฒนา อำเภอบางคล้า จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสำรวจ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม-มีนาคม 2547 จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 439 คน ซึ่งได้รับการสุ่มเลือกแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิจากประชากรเป้าหมาย ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า อัตราอุบัติการณ์ของการประสบอุบัติเหตุในเกษตรกรเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำในรอบ 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา เท่ากับ 25.06 คน/100คน/ปี และ 33.71 ครั้ง/100คน/ปี ขณะที่อุบัติการณ์ของการประสบอุบัติเหตุในอดีตพบน้อยกว่า 10 คน/100คน/ปี โดยในปี พ.ศ. 2546 อุบัติเหตุส่วนใหญ่เกิดขึ้นช่วงเวลา 7.00-12.00 นาฬิกา ในคันบ่อและบริเวณที่มีพื้นลื่น ความถี่ของอุบัติเหตุสูงในเพศชาย อายุ 15-24 ปี น้ำหนักตัวมากกว่า 75 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป ส่วนสูง 165-174 เซนติเมตร ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการประสบอุบัติเหตุที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) คือ ปัจจัยบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศชาย โสด น้ำหนักตัวมากกว่า 75 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป ส่วนสูงมากกว่า 165 เซนติเมตรขึ้นไป การใช้ยาเป็นประจำ และการดื่มสุรา ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ได้แก่ สถานที่ทำงานที่อากาศร้อนอบอ้าว มีฝุ่นละออง พื้นบริเวณที่ทำงานลื่น การดันหรือยกของ และการก้มหลังหรือศีรษะซ้ำๆ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติความปลอดภัย และด้านการบริหารจัดการไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการประสบอุบัติเหตุในการศึกษา วิจัยครั้งนี้ จากการศึกษานี้พบว่า ผู้ประกอบอาชีพเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำแบบพัฒนา มีความเสี่ยงต่ออุบัติเหตุสูง โดยเกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยบุคคล และปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานทั้งด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน ลักษณะงาน การยศาสตร์ ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้มีส่วนสำคัญในการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	This cross-sectional descriptive study aimed at examining life-time and one-year incidence rates and associated factors of accident in intensive black tiger shrimp farmers in Amphoe Bang khla, Chlachoengsao Province. Data were collected by using on interview questionnaire and an environmental survey from during January - March 2004 from 439 subjects who were stratified randomly selected from all shrimp farmers residing in the study area. The results showed that incidence rates of the occupational accident among shrimp farmers in 2003 were 25.06 persons per 100 persons per year and 33.71 episodes per 100 persons per year. The incidence rates in the past were lower than 10 persons per 100 persons per year. Most of occupational accident in 2003 occurred in during 7.00 - 12.00 a.m., around pond and in slippery area. Higher frequencies of accidents occurred among male, 15 - 24 years of age, with more than 75 kilograms in weight and 165-174 centimeters in height. Factors which were statistical significantly related to the occupational accident (p < 0.05) were: (1) personal factors such as male, single, body weight > 75 kilograms, height > 165 centimeters, regular drug use, alcohol use, and; (2) work environment factors such as hot weather, dustiness, floor slippery in workplace, working with machine, pulling or pushing objects, frequent bending of head/back. However, attitudes towards safety and management factors were not significantly associated with the accident.This research suggest that the intensive shrimp farmers were at high risk of occupational accidents. Personal factors and work environment factors including working condition, work characteristics and ergonomic factors are important for the prevention of the accidents.	en
