dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่เน้นสื่อในชีวิตประจำวัน ตัวอย่างประชากร ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2540 โรงเรียนเอกชัย อ.เมือง จ.สมุทรสาคร จำนวน 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่เน้นสื่อในชีวิตประจำวัน 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1. ขั้นทำให้เกิดความสนใจ 2. ขั้นอ่าน 3. ขั้นตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยการเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ก่อนและหลังทดลองใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่เน้นสื่อในชีวิตประจำวันโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หลังใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่เน้นสื่อในชีวิตประจำวันมีค่าสูงกว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจก่อนใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่เน้นสื่อในชีวิตประจำวันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจโดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่เน้นสื่อในชีวิตประจำวันทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ 1.) ความสามารถในการจับใจความสำคัญและรายละเอียดของเรื่อง 2.) ความสามารถในการเรียงลำดับเหตุการณ์ 3.) ความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดข้อมูล และ 4.) ความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นทุกด้านen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to develop ability in English reading comprehension of prathom suksa six students by using teaching technique emphasizing daily life materials. The subjects were 44 students of prathom suksa six, academic year 1997, in Ekachai School Amphoe Muang, Samutsakhorn. The research instrument used in this research was a students' Ability in English Reading Comprehension Test. The research procedure, conducted by the researcher using teaching technique emphasizing daily life materials, consisted of 3 teaching levels namely 1.) preparatory level 2.) reading level and 3.) evaluation level. The obtained data were analyzed by t-test to students compare ability in English reading comprehension between pre-post test. The results indicated that : 1. The post-test arithemetic mean score of students English reading comprehension was higher than that of pre-test at the .01 level of significance. 2. The arithemetic mean score of students' English reading comprehension ability developed by using teaching technique emphasizing daily life materials in all 4 skills namely 1.) reading for main idea, 2.) arranged situation, 3.) transfer and 4.) analysis, in overall was increased.en
