dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์พยาบาล และสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบัน กับสมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และศึกษากลุ่มตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์สมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลจำนวน 361 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 3 ชุดคือ แบบสอบถามกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์พยาบาล แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันและแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและแบบวัด 1 ชุด คือ แบบวัดเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพ โดยผู้วิจัยได้ตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96, .90, .97 และ .73 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สมรรถนะด้านบุคลิกภาพมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ด้านการบริหาร ด้านวิชาการ และด้านเทคโนโลยีและความเป็นสากลพบว่า มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพ กิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์พยาบาล ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้เรียน ด้านการดำเนินการสอน และด้านการประเมินผล รวมทั้งสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันด้านกายภาพและด้านจิตใจและสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับสมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล (r = .38, .33, .42, .37, .38, .38, .36, .30 และ .47 ตามลำดับ) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลโดยรวมและรายด้าน 3. ตัวแปรที่พยากรณ์สมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ตามลำดับ คือ สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันด้านจิตใจและสังคม เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพ กิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์พยาบาลภาคปฏิบัติด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้เรียนและกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์พยาบาลภาคทฤษฎีด้านการประเมินผลซึ่งร่วมกันพยากรณ์สมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ได้ร้อยละ 30 (R2 = .300) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้ Z = .199** ZPSYC + .227** ZATT + .155** ZPRE(P) + .156** ZEVA(T)en
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research was designed to study the professional competencies of nursing students, nursing colleges under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, and to investigate the relationships between personal factors, teaching-learning activities of nursing instructors, college environment and professional competencies of nursing students and to research for the variable that would be able to predict the professional competencies of nursing students. The samples were 361 nursing student. Research instruments were the questionnaires about teaching-learning activities of nursing instructors, college environment, professional competencies and attitude test. The reliability of questionnaires and test were .96, .90, .97 and .73 respectively. Major findings were as follow : 1. Mean scores of personal competencies were at the hightest, and nursing practice competencies, management competencies, academic competencies and technology and universal competencies respectively. 2. There were positively significant relationships between attitude toward nursing profession, teaching-learning activities of preparation, imprementation and evaluation both theoretical and practicum part, college environment concerning physical environment and psychological and society college environment and professional competencies of nursing students in total (r = .38, .33, .42, .37, .38, .38, .36, .30 and .47 respectively) at .01 level. There was no significant reletionships between academic achivement and professional competencies of nursing students. 3. Factors predicting professional competencies of nursing students were psychological and society college environment, attitude toward nursing profession, teaching-learning activities of preparation of practicum part and the activities of evaluation of theoretical part and thesis effects were significant at .01 level.
