dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและวิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูประจำกลุ่มการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนสายสามัญ วิธีเรียนทางไกล ในกรุงเทพมหานครและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพในการปฏิบัติงานระหว่างครูประจำกลุ่มในศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนกรุงเทพมหานคร 1-4 ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูประจำกลุ่มในศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 4 แห่ง ที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งกลุ่มการศึกษาทางไกล ในภาคเรียนที่ 1/2539 รวมจำนวน 1,166 คน กลุ่มตัวย่างได้รับการเลือกแบบสุ่มในแต่ละศูนย์ได้จำนวนตัวอย่างรวม 298 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์และได้รับกลับคืนมา 294 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.66 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติบรรยาย คือ คำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติอนุมาน คือ การกำหนดค่าโดยใช้ช่วงความเชื่อมั่น 95% ของค่าเฉลี่ยในประชากร และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ ดังนี้ 1. ครูประจำกลุ่มการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนสายสามัญ วิธีเรียนทางไกล ในกรุงเทพมหานครมีความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพในการปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 5 ด้าน ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และทุกรายการเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านการแนะแนวและการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และด้านการประสานงาน ด้านธุรการและงานทะเบียน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพบกลุ่ม และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล 2. วิธีพัฒนาที่ครูประจำกลุ่มต้องการสำหรับพัฒนาสมรรถภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน คือ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3. ครูประจำกลุ่มในศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 4 แห่งมีความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05en
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study the content and methods in needs for developing work competencies of the group facilitators, and to compare the needs of the group facilitators among Bangkok Non-formal Education Center 1-4. Research populations were 1,166 group facilitators in Bangkok. The instrument utilized for data collection was a questionaire. Two hundred and ninety-eight copies of questionnaire were distributed to the group facilitators, two hundred and ninety-four copies or 98.66 percent were completed and returned. Data were analyzed by using percentage, arithemetic mean, standard deviation Interval estimation 95% and one way analysis of variance. Research findings were as follows: 1. The group facilitators expressed their needs at high level for all aspects of competencies which were; counseling and problem solving, public relation and coordination, administration and registration, group process activity, and measurement and evaluation. 2. The method in developing work competencies which the group facilitators expressed their needs was a workshop. 3. The needs for developing work competencies of the group facilitators among Bangkok Non-formal Education Center 1-4 were not statistically different at .05 level of significance.en
