dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการนำเส้นใยพอลิเอสเตอร์ชนิดเส้นใยสั้น ไปเข้ากระบวนการปั่นด้ายแบบวงแหวนและแบบใช้ลม จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่าสมบัติของเส้นด้ายที่ได้จากการปั่นแบบวงแหวนจะมีความแข็งแรง ความสม่ำเสมอ จำนวนขนบนเส้นด้าย ดีกว่าการปั่นด้ายแบบใช้ลม ส่วนลักษณะรูปร่างตามยาวของเส้นด้ายจากการปั่นด้วยแบบวงแหวนจะคงที่ตลอดความยาวของเส้นด้าย เนื่องจากลักษณะรูปร่างของเส้นด้ายมีเกลียวตลอดความยาวของเส้นด้าย ทำให้โครงสร้างของเส้นด้ายแน่นและเรียบ ส่วนเส้นด้ายที่ได้จากการปั่นด้ายแบบใช้ลมจะมีลักษณะรูปร่างรูปร่างตามความยาวของเส้นด้ายไม่คงที่ตลอดความยาว และมีโครงสร้างเส้นด้ายหลวม ไม่มีเกลียว เนื่องจากเส้นด้ายเกิดจากเส้นใยที่เป็นแกนกลางถูกพันรัดรอบเป็นช่วงๆด้วยเส้นใยบริเวณรอบนอกของสไลเวอร์ เรียกเส้นใยที่มาพันรัดรอบเส้นใยแกนกลางนี้ว่าใยหุ้มห่อ จากข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์สมบัติในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการปั่นด้ายทั้งสองแบบ ทำให้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการตัดสินใจในการใช้ประโยชน์ของเส้นด้ายที่เหมาะสมต่อไปen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis project is aimed at producing yarns from two different processes namely ring spinning process and air-jet spinning process. Yarn made from ring spinning process has better quality such as strength, smoothness and hairiness than those from air-jet spinning. Ring spun yarns are smooth because of twists along the yarn length. Air-jet spun not smooth along yarn length due to wrapper and core fibres. From analytical data obtained from each steps of both processes, it can be used for decision making in further utilization of yarns as considered appropriateen
