dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรในกรุงเทพมหานคร ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรชั้น พลตำรวจและชั้นประทวนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 360 คน เลือกตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสังเกตแบบไม่มีสส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และการใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีอายุมาก จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรสูงกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีอายุน้อย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีสถานภาพสมรส จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรสูงกว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีสถานภาพโสด 3. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีรายได้กับรายจ่ายไม่พอเพียง จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืน กฎจราจรสูงกว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีรายได้กับรายจ่ายพอเพียง 4. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีจำนวนบุคคลที่ต้องเลี้ยงดูมาก จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรสูงกว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรที่มีจำนวนบุคคลที่ต้องเลี้ยงดูน้อย 5. เงินเดือน, ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานจราจร, ความถี่ในการฝึกอบรม และความเข้มงวดของผู้บังคับบัญชา ไม่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฏจราจรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจร, ความถี่ในการฝึกอบรมจราจร และความเข้มงวดของผู้บังคับบัญชา ไม่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจราจรen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this research was to study behaviors of violating traffic laws of traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis and also the relationship factors of behaviors of violating traffic laws of traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis. The sampled population included 360 of traffic police police officers in Bangkok Metropolis chosen by simple random sampling technique and the anthropological research method such as participant observations in-depth interviews and informat interviews. The finding of the research 1. Traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis who elder had behaviors of violating traffic laws more than who younger. 2. Traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis who married had behaviors of violating traffic laws more than who alone. 3. Traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis who more money had behaviors of violating traffic laws more than who less money. 4. Traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis who more take care persons had behaviors of violating traffic laws more than who less take care persons 5. Saraly, time of traffic work, practices of traffic work, strick of command no effect behaviors of violating traffic laws of traffic police officers in Bangkok Metropolis.en
