| Abstract: | ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการบริหารคุณภาพทั้งองค์การของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์กับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยตั้งแต่ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพ จำนวน 352 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความสามรถในการบริหารคุณภาพทั้งองค์การของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามวัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้ .98, .95 และ .92 ตามลชำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย ความสามารถในการบริหารคุณภาพทั้งองค์การของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และวัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับสูง (X =4.02, SD =.42, X =3.93, SD =.59 และ X =3.82, SD = .50 ตามลำดับ) 2. ความสามารถในการบริหารคุณภาพทั้งองค์การของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และวัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .72 และ .75 ตามลำดับ) |
| Other Abstract: | To examine the relationships between total quality management ability of head nurses, constructive organizational culture and effectiveness of patient units as perceived by staff nurses at accredited regional hospitals. Subject were 352 staff nurses how worked in patient units at accredited regional hospitals more than 3 years, selected by multi-stage sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaires : demographic data, total quality management ability of head nurses, constructive organizational culture and effectiveness of patient units. The questionnaires were tested for content validity and reliability by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were .98, .95, and .92, respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows: 1. Effectiveness of patient units, total quality management ability of head nurses and constructive organizational culture at accredited regional hospitals were at high level. (mean = 4.02, SD = .42, X = 3.93, SD = .59 and mean = 3.82, DS = .50, respectively) 2. Total quality management ability of head nurses, constructive organizational culture were positive significantly correlated with effectiveness of patient units, at the .05 level.) r = .72 and .75, respectively. |
