| dc.description.abstract | ศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการของพยาบาลประจำการและผู้บริหารการพยาบาล ทั้งเปรียบเทียบสภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการของพยาบาลประจำการและผู้บริหารการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลรัฐ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลจำนวน 550 คน ประกอบด้วยพยาบาลประจำการ จำนวน 329 คน และผู้บริหารการพยาบาล จำนวน 221 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi-stage sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการของพยาบาลประจำการและผู้บริหารการพยาบาลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วยสวัสดิการพยาบาล จำนวนรวม 9 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านสุขภาพ 2) ด้านความปลอดภัย 3) ด้านความมั่นคง 4) สิทธิการลาหยุดที่ได้รับอนุญาต 5) ด้านการศึกษา 6) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ 7) ด้านนันทนาการ 8) เงินสวัสดิการและโบนัส และ 9) การให้คำปรึกษา ทดสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือโดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .80 และตรวจสอบหาความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (paired t- test statistic) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพสวัสดิการของพยาบาลประจำการและผู้บริหารการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของพยาบาลประจำการ คือ [x-bar] = 3.36, SD = .52 และผู้บริหารการพยาบาล คือ[x-bar] = 3.47, SD =.78 ส่วนความต้องการสวัสดิการของพยาบาลประจำการและผู้บริหารการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของพยาบาลประจำการ คือ [x-bar] = 4.62, SD = .43 และผู้บริหารการพยาบาล คือ [x-bar] = 4.68, SD = .48 2. สภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการของพยาบาลประจำการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน คือ โดยเรียงลำดับความแตกต่างระหว่างสภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการจากมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุด ดังนี้คือ 1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ 2) ด้านการให้คำปรึกษา 3) ด้านการศึกษา 4) ด้านนันทนาการ 5) ด้านเงินสวัสดิการและโบนัส 6) ด้านความมั่นคง 7) ด้านสิทธิการลาหยุด 8) ด้านความปลอดภัย และ 9) ด้านสุขภาพ ตามลำดับ 3. สภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการของผู้บริหารการพยาบาลแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านคือ โดยเรียงลำดับความแตกต่างระหว่างสภาพและความต้องการสวัสดิการจากมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุดดังนี้คือ 1) ด้านการให้คำปรึกษา 2) ด้านนันทนาการ 3) ด้านเงินสวัสดิการและโบนัส 4) ด้านการศึกษา 5) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ 6) ด้านความมั่นคง 7) ด้านสุขภาพ 8) ด้านความปลอดภัย และ 9) ด้านสิทธิการลาหยุด ตามลำดับ | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | To study the level of current situations and needs for welfare of register nurses and nurse administrators in government hospital. The sample consisted of 550 cases for register nurses of 329 cases and nurse administrators of 221 cases, were randomly selected through multi-stage sampling technique. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher. The questionnaire and comprised of 9 dimensions, which were 1) health services, 2) safety services, 3) social security services, 4) payment for entitle leave, 5) education services, 6) economic services, 7) recreational services, 8) award and bonuses, 9) counseling services. This questionnaire was verified content validity by the panel of experts, and the validity index was .80. The questionnaire was reliability by co-professional coefficient of Cronbach’s alpha was .93 . Statistical technique used for data analysis by percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired t- test statistic Major findings were as follows: 1.The current situations of register nurses and nurse administrators were in the medium level. By the register nurses have mean of welfare level was 3.36.( [x-bar] = 3.36, SD = .52) and the nurse administrators have mean of welfare level was 3.47. ([x-bar] = 3.47, SD =.78) And the needs of register nurses and nurse administrators were in the highest level. By the register nurses have mean of welfare level was 4.62. ([x-bar] = 4.62, SD = .43) and the nurse administrators have mean of welfare level was 4.68 ([x-bar] = 4.68, SD = .48) 2. The current situations and needs for welfare of register nurses significant difference at level .05. The sequence needs for welfare of register nurses were 1) economic services 2) counseling services 3) education services 4) recreational services 5) award and bonuses 6) social security services 7) payment for entitle leave 8) safety services and 9) health services respectively. 3. The current situations and needs for welfare of nurse administrators at level .05.
