| dc.description.abstract | ศึกษาถึงแนวทางในการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ชุมชนกุนนทีและพื้นที่ต่อเนื่อง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทางกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม รวมถึงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินและรูปแบบของกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น ภายในพื้นที่ชุมชนกุนนทีและพื้นที่ต่อเนื่อง 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของระบบรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน สายสีน้ำเงินที่ส่งผลต่อพื้นที่ชุมชนกุนนทีและพื้นที่ต่อเนื่อง 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ถึงบทบาท ศักยภาพและสภาพปัญหาของชุมชน 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวความคิดและรูปแบบในการออกแบบปรับปรุงชุมชนให้มีความน่าอยู่ และส่งเสริมให้ผู้อยู่อาศัยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีสอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มการพัฒนาเมืองในอนาคต 5) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ในด้านกายภาพ ให้มีการใช้พื้นที่ภายในชุมชนอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้พักอาศัยในชุมชนกุนนที โดยมีองค์ประกอบภายในชุมชนที่เหมาะสมกับการพักอาศัยในพื้นที่กลางเมือง การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้ใช้แนวทางการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์และการวิเคราะห์พื้นที่เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ชุมชนกุนนที ร่วมกับการใช้วิธีการออกแบบชุมชนเมือง และจากการศึกษาพื้นที่พบว่าพื้นที่ชุมชนกุนนทีมีลักษณะพื้นที่ที่ผสมผสานระหว่างการค้าและการพักอาศัย และอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินห้วยขวาง โดยพื้นที่ชุมชนถูกปิดล้อมรอบด้วยถนน ทำให้ไม่สามารถขยายตัวในแนวราบได้ ดังนั้นในอนาคตรูปแบบการขยายตัวจะเป็นไปในแนวตั้งที่สัมพันธ์ไปกับพื้นที่ของชุมชนเดิม และผสมผสานกับพื้นที่ประกอบการค้าภายในชุมชน ทั้งนี้พื้นที่ว่างภายในชุมชนที่ไม่มีการใช้งาน จะต้องได้รับการพัฒนาใหม่ให้เต็มศักยภาพ และสอดคล้องกับการควบคุมการใช้ที่ดินของกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยได้เสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ชุมชนกุนนทีและพื้นที่ต่อเนื่อง ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มการพัฒนาเมืองในอนาคต และผสมผสานไปกับพื้นที่ชุมชนเดิมโดยแบ่งการพัฒนาออกเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินของชุมชนในอนาคต 2) ปรับปรุงองค์ประกอบภายในชุมชนกุนนทีให้เหมาะสมกับชุมชนพักอาศัย 3) ปรับปรุงยกระดับด้านพื้นที่พักอาศัยภายในชุมชนกุนนที 4) พัฒนาพื้นที่ด้านพาณิชยกรรม ในส่วนแนวทางที่จะนำไปปฏิบัติเพื่อให้บรรลุถึงเป้าหมายที่ได้กำหนดไว้ ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่เป็นลำดับขั้นตอน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนา นอกจากนี้ยังได้สรุปประเด็นในการพัฒนาพื้นที่รอบชุมชน ที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อชุมชนกุนนที อันอาจก่อให้เกิดแนวคิดที่จะนำไปสู่การวิจัยในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงพื้นที่รอบๆ ชุมชนกุนนทีต่อไป | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | To redevelop Kunnatee community and adjacent areas in Bangkok. The goals are to examine 1) physical, economic, social, land-use and activities 2) the impacts from mass rapid transit system 3) conceptual design for Kunnatee community 4) potential and problems of Kunnatee community and 5) design guidelines for the physical development in the future. The research methods used were the survey, observation and interview people in Kunnatee community. The findings revealed that the area is suitable to locate for residential and commercial activities. The location of community is near the node of transportation (Mass Rapid Transit: Huai Khwang Station). The community is enclose by road system which limits the community expansion. Thus the community should be developed in the vertical direction with supporting the community facilities in the future. The vacant areas, in addition should be developed by land-use control policy. The suggestions to the design for the redevelopment of Kunnatee community were: 1) appropriate land-use planning for Kunnatee community 2) readjust the design elements of the community 3) appropriate design guidelines for residential areas. 4) appropriate design guidelines for the commercial district. To achieve the objectives this research proposes an implementation plan with development priorities for relevant responsible parties. Futuremore, potential plans for future development of urban design for Kunnatee community and adjacent areas in Bangkok are recommended. | en |
