dc.description.abstract	ออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับสนับสนุนการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ ภายในโรงพยาบาลขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลาง ให้สามารถรองรับกระบวนงานพื้นฐานของการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ได้ ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกใช้แนวคิดในการออกแบบระบบเชิงวัตถุ (Object oriented) และใช้เครื่องมือ UML (Unified modeling language) ในการดำเนินงานวิจัยเป็นหลัก โดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลการทำงานในโรงพยาบาลตัวอย่างจำนวน 4 โรงพยาบาล 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนงานของการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ 3) ออกแบบหน้าจอการทำงานสำหรับโปรแกรมการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ 4) ออกแบบโครงสร้างฐานข้อมูล 5) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและประเมินผลระบบที่ออกแบบ ระบบการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์จะครอบคลุมกระบวนงานบริหารคลัง และกระบวนงานจัดซื้อในโรงพยาบาล ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยฟังก์ชันการทำงานหลักได้แก่ การตั้งค่าเริ่มต้นการทำงาน การเบิกหรือจองเวชภัณฑ์ การจ่ายเวชภัณฑ์ การจัดหาเวชภัณฑ์เติมคลัง การรับเวชภัณฑ์ การคืนเวชภัณฑ์ การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลเวชภัณฑ์ในระบบ การขอให้เสนอราคาเวชภัณฑ์ การออกใบสั่งซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ การออกรายงานเกี่ยวกับการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยฉบับนี้คือ แนวคิดและระบบการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ ที่อธิบายด้วยเครื่องมือ UML ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยแผนภาพความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกิจกรรมและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง แผนภาพกระบวนการทำงาน แผนภาพแสดงการเปลี่ยนสถานะ แผนภาพลำดับการทำงาน ตารางคุณสมบัติของคลาส และการทำงานในแต่ละคลาส งานวิจัยฉบับนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับโรงพยาบาลขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลาง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้กระบวนงานบริหารเวชภัณฑ์เป็นไปอย่างมีระบบ เพิ่มศักยภาพการดำเนินงานในส่วนของการจัดเก็บและนำเสนอข้อมูลให้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ช่วยลดปริมาณเอกสารสิ้นเปลืองในระบบ และสามารถตรวจสอบกลับข้อมูลการทำงานได้	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To develop an information system for medical supplies management system in small and medium size hospital in order to assist its basic operation. Object oriented concept and UML (Unified Modeling Language) are main development tools in this research. The research was conducted in five steps. The first step was to study and to collect raw data from four sample hospitals. The design and development of medical supplies system were done in second step. The third step is to design system detail that is the graphical user interface. Then the design of the database to support this system was completed. Finally, the medical supplies system was examined and evaluated. Medical supplies management system covers inventory and purchasing operation in hospital. It mainly consists of setting up defaults, requesting and issuing items, fulfilling inventory level, receiving and returning items, checking accuracy of record in the system, generating request for quotation, issuing purchase order and printing out some management reports. The results of this research are the development of system concept and the design of medical supplies management system which can be described by UML tools. They contain use case diagram, business process, state chart diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, data dictionary and method description. This system could be applied to small and medium size hospital. Its benefits include more systematic operation, improving promptness in data storage and display, decreasing operation time and paper work, and enabling transactions trace back.	en
