dc.description.abstract	บทความนี้ศึกษาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความเป็นโจรในวรรณคดีรวมนิทานพื้นบ้านสมัยเฮอัน Konjakumonogatarishuu ที่มีโจรเป็นอนุภาคสำคัญของเรื่อง 2 เรื่อง ได้แก่ เรื่องที่ 18 เรื่องของโจรที่ขึ้นไปบนชั้นสองของประตูราโชมอน ได้พบเห็นศพคนตาย และเรื่องที่ 19 โจรฮะคะมะดะเระออกอุบายแกล้งทำเป็นตายแล้วฆ่าคนที่ด่านเซะกิยะมะ ทั้งนี้ โจรในนิทานทั้งสองเรื่องต่างมีลักษณะร่วมที่เหมือนและในขณะเดียวกันก็แตกต่างกันอย่างเห็นได้ชัด “โจร” เป็นตัวละครหนึ่งและอนุภาคสำคัญอนุภาคหนึ่งที่ช่วยสร้างสีสันให้แก่วรรณคดีประเภทนิทานพื้นบ้านในสมัยเฮอัน ให้ข้อคิดเกี่ยวกับมนุษย์และคติอันเป็นแนวทางในการดำรงชีวิตแก่ผู้คนในสังคม อีกทั้งสะท้อนภาพความเป็นอยู่ของชาวบ้านสามัญชนทั่วไปที่ต้องดิ้นรนเพื่อความอยู่รอดและความมั่นคงในชีวิต อันเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่ทำให้วรรณคดีประเภทนิทานพื้นบ้านเล่มนี้แตกต่างไปจากวรรณคดีในยุคสมัยเฮอันตอนต้น ที่ส่วนใหญ่มักให้ภาพลักษณ์ชีวิตในราชสำนักอันรุ่งโรจน์และเปี่ยมไปด้วยสุนทรียภาพของชนชั้นผู้ปกครอง	en
