| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว และเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัวกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน จำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์จากผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจากแนวคิดการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัวกลุ่มโครงสร้างครอบครัวของ Minuchin (1974) ร่วมกับแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของ Lubkin (1986) เพื่อสร้างเป็นโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรม 4 ขั้นตอน เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว และแบบสัมภาษณ์คุณภาพชีวิตโดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทั้ง 2 ฉบับได้เท่ากับ .74 และ .94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังได้รับโปรแกรมให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัวสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. คุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัวสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to compare quality of life of schizophrenic patients before and after received family counseling program and conventional care. The forty samples were schizophrenic patients living in community, Chonburi province. The instruments consisted of family counseling program which was constructed by researcher using Minuchin (1974) family counseling concept integrate with Lubkin's (1986) quality of life development. This program comprised four stages of activities for developing quality of life in community schizophrenic patients, relationship in family scale and the interviewing of quality of life. These instruments were tested for content validity by five experts and were test for alpha Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The reliability of scales were .74 and .94, respectively. Data was analyzed using descriptive, and t-test statistic. Major findings were as follows : 1. Quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received the family counseling program after the experiment was significantly higher than before experiment at the .05 level. 2. After the experiment, quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received family counseling program was significantly higher than those of patients who participated in regular caring activities, at the .05 level. | en |
