| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบททางชุมชนและสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติดีที่สุดด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ศึกษาระบบการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติดีที่สุดด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม และ 3) วิเคราะห์กระบวนการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมของนักเรียน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดย การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต การศึกษาเอกสารและการสนทนากลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต แบบบันทึกการศึกษาเอกสาร และแนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การจำแนกข้อมูล การเปรียบเทียบข้อมูล และการสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1)บริบททางชุมชนและสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน มีธรรมชาติที่ร่มรื่นล้อมรอบไปด้วยต้นไม้หลากหลายชนิด โรงเรียนมีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มีการสนับสนุนทางด้านบุคลากรและงบประมาณในการบริหารงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีการร่วมมือกับชุมชนเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน 2)ระบบการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนที่ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ประกอบด้วยการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ การจัดหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรและกิจกรรมในวิถีชีวิตของโรงเรียน และการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชน โดยมีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระบบการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน มีทั้งปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน ด้านนักเรียน ด้านครอบครัวและด้านชุมชน การดำเนินงานของระบบการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนเป็นไปตามกระบวนการ PDCA 3) กระบวนการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมของนักเรียน ส่วนใหญ่ดำเนินการในลักษณะของกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ในลักษณะของการจัดกิจกรรม/โครงการร่วมกับชุมชน กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมในเรื่องการประหยัดไฟฟ้า การจัดการน้ำ การจัดการขยะ การประหยัดน้ำมันและการเพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียว และส่งผลให้นักเรียนมีความรู้ ความตระหนัก ทักษะการสังเกต ทักษะการคิด และทักษะการจัดการแบบร่วมมือในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research were 1) to study context of community and environment of a best practice secondary school 2) to study school environmental management 3) to analize the supporting process for enhancing students’participation behaviours for environmental conservation. The data were collected through interviewing, observation, documentary analysis and focus group discussion. The research findings were as follow: 1) The school had good natural environment surrounded with variety of trees. The school was managed their physical environment, budgets, and staff to support environmental education. The school supported the community to collaborately participated in solving environmental problems. 2) The school’s environmental management system supported students’ participation behaviours for environmental conservation. The system composed of physical environmental management, environmental education curriculum, special curriculum and daily life activities, and community relation activities. School of student, family and community were factors of the management system. The management process followed PDCA process. 3) The process emphasized in special curriculum activities such as student’clubs and community projects. Electric saving, water management, rubbish management, oil saving and increasing green area were environmental issues of the development projects. Consequent student became aware knowledge and skill in observation and optical creative thinking about environmental conservation. |
