dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ประเมินผลระบบการควบคุมการจัดการภายในองค์กร เพื่อการกำหนดความบกพร่องในระบบการควบคุมการจัดการภายในองค์กร นำไปสู่การพัฒนาระบบให้ดีและเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้นทำให้ผู้บริหารสามารถทราบระดับการบริหารงานของตนและองค์กร อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาองค์กรและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารองค์กรให้ดียิ่งขึ้น จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้เลือกโรงงานประกอบรถยนต์แห่งหนึ่งเป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยเริ่มต้นจากการศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ ศึกษาระบบการควบคุมการจัดการภายในองค์กรของทุกหน่วยงานทั้งระดับฝ่าย แผนก และทุกระดับส่วนงานทั้งหมดภายในโรงงานตัวอย่าง จากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ระบบการควบคุมการจัดการขององค์กรพบว่ามาตรฐานการควบคุมการจัดการยังไม่เหมาะสม โดยพบว่า จากจำนวนกิจกรรมที่สำคัญของหน่วยงานสอดคล้องกับหลักการตามการวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมที่เป็นวิกฤติต่อความสำเร็จของหน่วยงานทั้งสิ้น 82 กิจกรรม มีกิจกรรมที่เข้าข่ายตามหลักการควบคุม และมีการดำเนินการด้วยดีมีความครบถ้วนของการควบคุมจำนวน 38 กิจกรรมเท่ากับจำนวน 44 กิจกรรมคือส่วนขาดการควบคุมในส่วนของ การขาดเป้าหมายตามวัตถุประสงค์จำนวน 12 กิจกรรม การขาดการประเมินผลเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานจากเป้าหมายจำนวน 17 กิจกรรม การขาดการกระบวนการในการทบทวนแก้ไขเมื่อพบจำนวน 34 กิจกรรม จากผลการวิเคราะห์ระบบควบคุมภายในองค์กรและมีการดำเนินการปรับปรุงทำให้ความสูญเสียลดลงคือ จำนวนความสูญเสียที่ตรวจพบหลังการประกอบของจำนวนจุดของเสียต่อรถ 1 คัน (DPU) ลดลงเท่ากับ 1.72 DPUต่อปี จำนวนชั่วโมงความสูญเสียที่รอชิ้นส่วนจากกระบวนการตรวจรับชิ้นส่วนลดลงเท่ากับ 8.8 ชั่วโมงต่อปี จำนวนความของเสียของชิ้นส่วนที่เสียจากผู้ผลิตลดลงเท่ากับ 25.41 PPMต่อปีและความสูญเสียจากการหยุดสายการผลิตเนื่องจากการจัดส่งชิ้นส่วนล่าช้าลดลงเท่ากับ 2.165 ชั่วโมงต่อปี	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study is to analyze and evaluate the internal management control system in an automotive industrial company in order to identify the defectives in management controlling system and help improving the controlling system for better and more efficient operations. From the study of the internal management control system of a vehicle assembly manufacturing company by investing the internal control system from all activities in all department, section and sub-sections, it is revealed the only 38 activities out of 82 activities are in fulfilled the all condition of the control system concept. The other activities are incomplete as in the following elements of control system: 12 activities are lack of Standard or target. 17 activities are lack of Evaluation. 34 activities are lack of Review. From the analysis for internal organization management control system and operation improvement, the production loss measurement is satisfactorily decreased. The measurement process reveals the loss inspected after production in each vehicle equal 1.72 DPU per year. Total hour loss during waiting parts from checking process is reduced by 8.8 hours per year. Total parts loss from manufacturer is decreased by 25.41 PPM per year. The loss from stopping production due to delay parts delivery is reduced by 2.165 hour per year.	en
