| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถของครูบรรณารักษ์ตามที่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และครูบรรณารักษ์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาคาดหวัง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจที่ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อทำการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหาร ครู และครูบรรณารักษ์จำนวน 500 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ส่วนกลาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้บริหาร ครู และครูบรรณารักษ์คาดหวังความสามารถของครูบรรณารักษ์โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน โดยทุกกลุ่มผู้ตอบคาดหวังในระดับมากความสามารถในด้านวิชาชีพเป็นความสามารถที่ทุกกลุ่มคาดหวังเป็นลำดับแรกส่วนลำดับถัดไปนั้นต่างกัน ความสามารถอีก 5 ด้านที่ทุกกลุ่มคาดหวังระดับมากได้แก่ ความสามารถในด้านทรัพยากรสารนิเทศและอุปกรณ์ ความสามารถในด้านการจัดการ ความสามารถในด้านการวางแผนและการประเมินผล ความสามารถในด้านการเรียนการสอน และความสามารถในด้านจิตวิทยาและพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ ส่วนความสามารถในด้านการวิจัยนั้นทุกกลุ่มคาดหวังในระดับปานกลาง ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงความสามารถของครูบรรณารักษ์เพื่อปฏิบัติงานในห้องสมุดโรงเรียนให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ในขณะที่สถานศึกษาที่ผลิตครูบรรณารักษ์สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการวางหลักสูตรเพื่อให้ได้ครูบรรณารักษ์ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเหมาะสมกับการปฏิบัติงานในห้องสมุดโรงเรียน | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research is to study the competencies of school librarians expected by administrators, teachers, and school librarians of the secondary schools. This research is a survey research that using questionnaire as a tool in data collecting. The sample consists of 500 persons of the administrators, teachers and school librarians from secondary school under the Jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in central metropolis. The results of this research found that the expectation of every sample groups, administrators, teachers, and librarians, are not significantly different. Every sample groups expect all competencies of the school librarian at the high level. The first competency expected by all groups is of the professionalism the rest competencies are expected at high level but in different order. They are the information resources and equipments competency, the management competency, the planning and evaluation competency, the learning and teaching competency and the psychology and behaviour science competency. For the research competency it is the only one being expected at the mid-level. The results of this research could be used as guidance for the librarians to develop their own for the most efficient practice in school libraries. In addition, the institutes that provide professional education could also use these results as guidance to develop curriculum and courses outline that meet the expected competencies of school librarians. | en |
