dc.description.abstractวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและแนวโน้มของต้นทุน ตลอดจนทางเลือกในการลดต้นทุนสำหรับโปรแกรมระดับปริญญาตรี ของคณะครุศาสตร์/คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษามี 4 แห่ง คือ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ จากมหาวิทยาลัยในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค ที่มีผู้จบการศึกษาติดต่อกัน 5 ปี มากลุ่มละ 50% เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสำรวจข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับจำนวนนักศึกษา ปริมาณการสอน จำนวนหน่วยกิต งบประมาณรายจ่ายจากงบประมาณแผ่นดิน และนอกงบประมาณแผ่นดินทุกหมวดรายจ่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Microsoft Window rel 6.0 และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Data Muncher ผลการวิจัยพบว่าต้นทุนรวมและต้นทุนเฉลี่ยทุกดัชนี สำหรับโปรแกรมระดับปริญญาตรีคณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ ของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมีมูลค่าสูงที่สุด มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่มูลค่าต่ำสุด เมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปีทุกหมวดรายจ่ายโดยเฉลี่ย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เท่ากับ 485,272 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เท่ากับ 301,220 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เท่ากับ 229,553 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เท่ากับ 153,923 บาท ต้นทุนเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปีกรณีที่ไม่รวมเงินเดือน ค่าจ้างประจำ และค่าจ้างชั่วคราว จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เท่ากับ 440,925 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เท่ากับ 256,720 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เท่ากับ 182,232 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่เทากับ 123,260 บาท ต้นทุนเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปีกรณีที่ไม่รวมที่ดิน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เท่ากับ 183,359 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เท่ากับ 147,976 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เท่ากับ 146,917 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เท่ากับ 83,865 บาท ต้นทุนเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปีกรณีไม่รวมที่ดิน เงินเดือน ค่าจ้างประจำ และค่าจ้างชั่วคราว จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เท่ากับ 139,012 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เท่ากับ 103,477 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เท่ากับ 99,596 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เท่ากับ 53,202 บาท ส่วนแนวโน้มของต้นทุนเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปี พยากรณ์ถึงปี 2544 ทุกมหาวิทยาลัยมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น โดยที่ต้นทุนดำเนินการสูงขึ้นมากกว่าต้นทุนลงทุน แนวทางในการลดต้นทุนมี 3 แนวทางคือ 1. ให้นักศึกษาเรียนเต็มเวลาทุกคน 2. เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้จ่ายต้นทุนดำเนินการ 3. เพิ่มปริมาณการใช้อาคารสถานที่และครุภัณฑ์en
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo analyze cost, trends of cost and alternatives for cost-reduction for undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Education under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs. Samples of this study are Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Khon Khaen University and Chieng Mai University. They were selected by the method of stratified random sampling, based on even proportion of central and regional universities which have produced graduates for at least 5 consecutive years. Data were obtained from surveying i.e. number of students, teaching loads, student credit hours, including budget from the Budget Bureau and universities i.e. government and non-government budget, total expense of universities and total expenses of the Faculty of Education. Data were analyzed by percentage, average, and regression analysis, using SPSS program for Microsoft Window release 6.0 and Data Muncher. The study shows that the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University has the highest total cost and the highest average cost on every aspect for undergraduate programs, whereas the Faculty of Education, Chieng Mai University has the lowest. Other important findings can be summarized as follows: The average total cost per student per year of Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Khon Khaen University and Chieng Mai University, are 485,272 301,220 229,553 and 153,923 baht respectively. The average cost per student per year, excluding salary, wages, and non-official employees' wages, of Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Khon Khaen University and Chieng Mai University, are 440,925 256,720 182,232 and 123,260 baht repectively. The average cost per student per year, excluding land of Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Khon Khaen University and Chieng Mai University, are 183,359 147,976 146,917 and 83,865 baht respectively. The average cost per student per year, excluding land, salary, wages and non-official employees' wages of Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Khon Khaen University and Chieng Mai University, are 139,012 103,477 99,596 and 53,202 baht respectively. The forecast of cost per student per year up to year 2001 tends to increase for every university and the growth rate of operating cost is higher than the growth rate of capital cost. Suggestions for cost-reduction are : (1) Increase the number of full-time equivalent students (2) Improve efficiency in educational administration in order to reduce the operating cost (3) Increase the utilization of building and equipmenten
