| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ เพื่อศึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทยในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานประถมศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารครู และนักเรียน ในด้านต่อไปนี้ ประเภทของกิจกรรมที่จัด วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัด ลักษณะการดำเนินการจัด ปัจจัยที่ทำให้การจัดกิกรรมประสบผลสำเร็จ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัด รวมทั้งเจตคติต่อวัฒนธรรมไทยของนักเรียนภายหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร 99 คน ครู 158 คน และนักเรียน 347 คนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานประถมศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage Sampling) ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างเครื่องมือการวิจัย 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่ 1. แบบสอบถามผู้บริหารและครู ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลทุกๆ ด้านตามที่ระบุไว้ในวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 2. แบบสอบถามนักเรียน ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทย และเจตคติต่อวัฒนธรรมไทยของนักเรียนภายหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทย ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลักษณะการดำเนินงานจัดกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทย ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครูพบว่า 1.1 โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จัดเตรียมวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมโดยผู้บริหารและคณะครูร่วมกันวางแผน กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ และคัดเลือกกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับศาสนา จริยธรรมและวัฒนธรรม 1.2 วัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดกันมากที่สุดคือ “เพื่อให้นักเรียนสามารถปฏิบัติตนได้ถูกต้องตามแบบประเพณีวัฒนธรรมไทย” 1.3 โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จะให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจัดกิจกรรมฯ แก่ครูและนักเรียนด้วยการประกาศด้วยวาจา และเผยแพร่ผลงานการจัดกิจกรรมฯ ด้วยการจัดป้ายนิเทศมากที่สุด 1.4 การประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรมฯ ส่วนใหญ่จะมีการประชุมปรึกษาคณะกรรมการในแต่ละกิจกรรม และสนับสนุนให้ครูจัดกิจกรรมฯ ได้ตามความรู้ความสามารถของตนเองภายใต้แผนควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน 1.5 โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จะให้นักเรียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฯ ได้ตามความสนใจของตนเอง ซึ่งผลการวิจัยนี้สอดคล้องกับคำตอบของนักเรียน สถานที่ที่ใช้ในการจัดกิกรรมฯ ส่วนใหญ่คือ วัดที่อยู่ใกล้โรงเรียน เวลาที่ใช้จัด ได้แก่ เวลาช่วงเช้าก่อนเข้าห้องเรียน 1.6 การประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมฯ พบว่า โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ทราบถึงผลการจัดกิจกรรมฯ จากรายงานผลการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม ซึ่งประเมินผลโดยครูที่รับผิดชอบแต่ละโครงการซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ใช้วิธีสังเกตพฤติกรรมทางด้านวัฒนธรรมไทย 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทย ปีการศึกษา 2528 ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครู จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ งบประมาณมีจำนวนน้อยไม่เพียงพอ และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด คือ ก่อนการใช้สนามต้องขออนุญาตผู้บริหารทุกครั้ง 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเภทของกิจกรรมที่จัด วัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัยที่ทำให้การจัดกิจกรรมประสบผลสำเร็จ รวมทั้งปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบในการจัดตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครู พบว่า ในด้านประเภทกิจกรรมที่จัด พบว่า กิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมทางภาษาและวรรณกรรมที่จัดกันมากที่สุด คือ การประกวดคัดลายมือ และจัดน้อยที่สุด คือ การจัดนิทรรศการทางวรรณกรรมต่างๆ กิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมทางมารยาทที่จัดมากที่สุด คือ การฝึกมารยาทไทย และจัดน้อยที่สุด คือการจัดนิทรรศการทางมารยาทไทย กิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมอันเป็นพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาที่จัดมากที่สุดคือ การสวดมนต์ และจัดน้อยที่สุด คือ การจัดเครื่องด้ายสายสิญจน์ กิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมการแสดงหรือการละเล่นพื้นเมืองที่จัดมากที่สุด คือ การฟ้อนเล็บ และจัดน้อยที่สุด คือ การประกวดรำกลองสะบัดชัย และกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมการแต่งกายของคนไทยที่จัดมากที่สุด คือ การสวมเสื้อม้อฮ่อมทุกวันสุดสัปดาห์ และจัดน้อยที่สุด คือ การประกวดแต่งกายไทยงาม ในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัด พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมทางภาษาและวรรณกรรมที่กำหนดกันมากที่สุด คือ เพื่อฝึกให้นักเรียนได้ใช้ภาษาที่ถูกต้องและสละสลวยและน้อยที่สุด คือ เพื่อฝึกให้นักเรียนอ่านทำนองเสนาะได้ถูกต้อง วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมทางมารยาทที่กำหนดกันมากที่สุด คือ เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้ปฏิบัติตนถูกต้องตามแบบมารยาทไทย และกำหนดน้อยที่สุด คือ เพื่อให้นักเรียนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่บุคคลทั่วไป วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมอันเป็นพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาที่กำหนดกันมากที่สุด คือ เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาและกำหนดกันน้อยที่สุด คือ เพื่ออนุรักษ์พิธีกรรมทางศาสนาให้คงอยู่ตลอดไป วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมการแสดงหรือการละเล่นพื้นเมืองที่กำหนดกันมากที่สุด คือ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้แสดงความสามารถ และที่กำหนดน้อยที่สุดคือ เพื่อส่งเสริมการละเล่นพื้นเมืองให้เป็นที่รู้จักของคนทั่วไป และวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมการแต่งกายของคนไทยที่กำหนดกันมากที่สุด คือ เพื่อปลูกฝังความรักความภาคมิภูมิใจในการแต่งกายแบบไทย และที่กำหนดกันน้อยที่สุด คือ เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้รู้วิวัฒนาการของการแต่งกายของคนไทย ในด้านปัจจัยที่ทำให้การจัดกิจกรรมประสบผลสำเร็จ พบว่า ผู้บริหารให้การสนับสนุน ครูให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี นักเรียนสนใจและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวนมาก ได้รับเงินบริจาคและได้รับความช่วยเหลือด้านสื่อและอุปกรณ์จากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบมากในการจัด คือ บุคลากรในโรงเรียนไม่มีความรู้และทักษะเพียงพอที่จะจัดกิจกรรม และที่พบน้อยที่สุด คือ ผู้บริหารไม่ให้การสนับสนุนอย่างเพียงพอ 4. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเจตคติต่อวัฒนธรรมไทยของนักเรียนภายหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทย ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครูที่เกิดขึ้น คือ 4.1 นักเรียนสนใจในการพัฒนาตนเองด้านการพูด การอ่าน และการเขียนภาษาไทยให้ดียิ่งขึ้น 4.2 นักเรียนภูมิใจที่ชาติไทยมีมารยาทไทยเป็นของตนเอง 4.3 นักเรียนชื่นชมในพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาและปฏิบัติตามได้อย่างถูกต้อง 4.4 นักเรียนชื่นชมและเห็นคุณค่าการละเล่นพื้นเมือง 4.5 นักเรียนพึงพอใจเมื่อได้สวมเสื้อม้อฮ่อมทุกวันศุกร์ และอื่นๆ 5. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลักษณะการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทยตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียน คือ เหตุผลที่นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม คือ อยากได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทย สถานที่ที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมฯ คือ ห้องสมุด เวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดมากที่สุด คือ ตอนพักทานอาหารกลางวัน 6. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นต่อประโยชน์ของการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทยของนักเรียนตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.33 7. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเจตคติวัฒนธรรมไทยของนักเรียนภายหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทยตามการรับรู้ของตนเองเกิดขึ้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.50 |
| Other Abstract: | Research Purpose The purpose of this study was to study the organization of activities promoting Thai culture in elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Chiang Mai Provincial Primary Education as perceived by administrators, teachers and students in the following aspects: types of organized activities, objectives of the organization, characteristics, factors of successful organization, problems and obstacles in organizing activities including students' attitudes towards Thai culture after the participation. Research Procedures The research samples were consisted of 99 administrators, 158 teachers and 347 students in elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Chiang Mai Provincial primary Education obtained by using the Multi-Stage Sampling technique. Two research instruments were constructed by the reseacher: 1. The Administrator and Teacher Questionnaire used for collecting data on the aspects indicated in the research objective. 2. The Student Questionnaire used for collecting data on students' opinions towards the organization of promoting Thai culture activities and their attitudes towards the Thai culture after their participation. The data collected were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Research Findings 1. The results of the data analysis concerning the characteristics of the promoting Thai culture activity organization as perceived by administrators and teachers were: 1.1 Most schools prepared their activity plans by means of administrators and teacher’s cooperation in activity planning, stipulating objectives and choosing activities which were congruous with religion, moral and culture. 1.2 The objective which most stipulated was "To enable the student to correctly perform according to the Thai custom and culture." 1.3 Most schools informed teachers and students about the activity organization by means of verbal communication and mostly through the display board arrangement. 1.4 On the aspect of the activity organization cooperation, mostly there were committee meetings for each activity and teachers supported the activity organizing according to their knowledge and ability under the school controlled plan. 1.5 Most schools allowed students to participate in activities according to their interests which was congruent with students' answers. Mostly the temple near the school and the morning period before classes were used for activity organization. 1.6 On the aspect of the activity organization assessment, most schools knew the activity organization results from the activity performance reports which evaluated by teachers responsible for each project through the means of observation on Thai culture behaviors. 2. The data analysis results concerning problems and obstacles in promoting Thai culture activity organization, academic year 2528 as perceived by administrators and teachers indicated that problems which occurred at the high level was the insufficient budget and the problem which occurred at the least level was the request for administrator's permission before using the school yard every time. 3. The data analysis results concerning types of organized activities, objectives, factors of successful organization, including problems and obstacles in organizing activities as perceived by administrators and teachers were: On the aspect of the types of the organized activities, found that: The Language and Literature Culture Activity which organized the most was hand writing contest and the one which organized the least was exhibitions on various kinds of literature; The Etiquette Culture Activity which organized the most was Thai Etiquette Practising and the one which organized the least was the organization of Thai etiquette exhibition; The Religious Ceremony Culture Activity which organized the most was the prayer activity and the one which organized the least was the provision of sacred thread The Drama or Folk Dance Culture Activity which organized the most was Fon-Leb and the one which organized the least was Ram Klongsabatchai; The Thai Dressing Culture Activity which organized the most was the wearing of Maw-Hom shirt at the weekend and the one which organized the least was the Thai dressing' contest. On the aspect of the objectives of the organization, found that: The objective of language and literature activities which stipulated the most was to make students using Thai language correctly and the objective which set up the least was to make students read rhythmically with correctness; The objective of the etiquette culture activity which stipulated the most was to make students behave correctly in Thai ways and the one which set up the least was to make students behave as a madel for others; The objective of religion ceremany culture activity which stipulated the most was to make students possessing knowledge in religious ceremonies and the objective which set up the least was to conserve religious ceremonies to the least; The objective of drama or folk dance activity which stipulated the most was to provide students with opportunity for demonstrating their ability and the objective which set up the least was to promote folk dance highly well known among people; and The objective of Thai dressing culture activity which stipulated the most was to cultivate in students the love and proudness of Thai style dressing and the objective which set up the least was to make students know about Thai dressing revolution in each period. On the aspact of factors influencing the program success, found that: administrators' support, teachers' cooperation, students' interests in participating the program, the donation receiving and the material assisstance from concerned organizations were the main factors which had influences on the program success. On the aspect of the problems and obstacles, the problem found at the highest level was school personel did not possess sufficient knowledge and skills in organizing activities, and the one which found at the lowest level was administrators did not give teachers enough supports. 4. The data analysis results concerning the students' attitudes towards Thai culture after their participation as perceived by administrators and teachers were. 4.1 Students' interests in self-developing in speaking, reading and writing Thai. 4.2 Students' pride of Thai etiquette. 4.3 Students' favour in religious ceremonies and be able to practice correctly. 4.4 Students' favour in folk dance. 4.5 Students' pride in wearing Maw-Hom every friday, etc. 5. The data analysis results concerning the characteristics of activity organization as perceived by students were: students' reason for participation was the desire to get knowledge in Thai culture; the meeting hall was the place for organizing activities; time which mostly used for activity organizing was lunch time. 6. The data analysis results concerning students' opinion towards the usefulness of the organization of activities promoting Thai culture as perceived by themselves was at the agreeable level and the arithmetic means was 4.33. 7. The data analysis result concerning the students' attitudes towards the Thai culture after their participation as perceived by themselves was at the medium level, with arithmetic mean at 2.50. |
