| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเขตอำเภอเมืองกับครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษานอกเขตอำเภอเมือง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาชายกับครูพลศึกษาหญิงที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือรวมทั้งสิน 400 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 352 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88 แยกเป็นครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมือง 122 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.7 และเป็นครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนเขตนอกอำเภอเมือง 230 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.3 และจากจำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 352 คน แยกเป็นครูพลศึกษาชายจำนวน 268 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ76.1 และเป็นครูพลศึกษาหญิงจำนวน 84 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.9 นำผลที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1.ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนืออยู่ในระดับสูง 2.ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเขตอำเภอเมืองและครูพลศึกษาที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษานอกเขตอำเภอเมืองไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาชายกับครูพลศึกษาหญิงที่สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the physical education teachers’ work morale in secondary schools in northeastern region of Thailand, to compare the work morale of those teaching in the secondary schools located in Umphur Muang to those teaching in the other Umphurs, and to compare the male teachers’ work morale to the females. The questionnaires were constructed and sent to 400 physical education teachers in the secondary schools in the northeastern region. Three hundred and fifty-two questionnaires or 88 percent were returned. They were divided into two groups: 122 teachers teaching in Umphur Muang schools (about 34.7 percent) while 230 teachers teaching outside Umphur Muang areas (about 65.3 percent) and 268 male teachers (about 76.1 percent) together with 84 female teachers (about 23.9 percent) The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations.A “t” test was also employed to determine the significant difference. It was found that: 1. Physical education teachers’ work morale in secondary schools in the northeastern region was at high level. 2. There was no significant difference between the work morale of physical education teachers who taught in the secondary school located in Umphur Muang and the other at the .05 level. 3. There was no significant difference between the physical education teachers’ work morale of both sexes at the .05 level. |
