| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามความคิดเห็นของครูบรรณารักษ์และผู้บริหารโรงเรียน วิธีการดำเนินวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ครูบรรณารักษ์ จำนวน 107 คน และผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 107 คน ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1. แบบสอบถามครูบรรณารักษ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ลักษณะคำถามเป็นแบบเลือกตอบ เดิมข้อความในช่องว่างและแบบปลายเปิด 2. แบบสอบถามผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเกี่ยวกับการให้ความสนับสนุนในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน ลักษณะคำถามเป็นแบบเลือกตอบ และเติมข้อความลงในช่องว่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่ครูบรรณารักษ์จัดมากที่สุดคือ การเล่านิทาน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78.85 รองลงมาคือการแนะนำหนังสือ การแข่งขันตอบปัญหา การจัดนิทรรศการ การรวบรวมผลงานเขียนของนักเรียน ตามลำดับ และกิจกรรมอื่นๆ (ประกวดเรียงความ คัดลายมือ โต้วาที) ที่จัดน้อยที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 8.65 สำหรับในการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ครูบรรณารักษ์ได้ให้ความคิดเห็นไว้ดังนี้ 1. การเล่านิทาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชักจูงให้นักเรียนอยากอ่านหนังสือ ครูบรรณารักษ์จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาเรื่องที่จะเล่าจากเนื้อหาที่สนุกสนานและมีคติเตือนใจ โดยใช้วิธีการเล่าจากหนังสือ ให้เวลาในการเล่า 10 - 20 นาที ช่วงพักกลางวัน ปัญหาที่พบมากคือขาดอุปกรณ์ประกอบการเล่านิทาน 2. การแนะนำหนังสือ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชักจูงให้นักเรียนอยากอ่านหนังสือ ครูบรรณารักษ์จะเลือกหนังสือที่มีเนื้อหาสาระดี ปัญหาที่พบมากคือมีหนังสือใหม่จำนวนน้อย 3. การแข่งขันตอบปัญหา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักเรียนศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง ปัญหาที่ตั้งขึ้นส่วนใหญ่เป็นประเภทความรู้ทั่วไป โดยให้เวลาในการเขียนคำตอบส่ง 1 สัปดาห์หรือน้อยกว่า สำหรับปัญหาที่พบมากในการแข่งขันตอบปัญหา คือ เวลาในการจัดมีน้อย 4. การจัดนิทรรศการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักเรียนเข้าไปใช้ห้องสมุด โดยจัดตามเหตุการณ์และวันสำคัญ สถานที่ที่จัดคือบริเวณทางเข้าห้องสมุด วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้จะคำนึงถึงความเหมาะสมกับระดับผู้ชมและใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 - 2 สัปดาห์ สำหรับปัญหาที่พบมากคือด้านงบประมาณ 5. การรวบรวมผลงานเขียนของนักเรียน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำให้นักเรียนมีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะหัดอ่าน หัดเขียน โดยพิจารณาจากนิทานที่นักเรียนแต่งและขอความร่วมมือในการรวบรวมจากครูในโรงเรียน สำหรับปัญหาที่พบมากคือขาดคนช่วยรวบรวม ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนได้กล่าวถึงการให้ความสนับสนุนในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านทั้งด้านงบประมาณและด้านบุคลากรไว้ดังนี้ 1. ด้านงบประมาณ ได้จัดหาเงินพิเศษและสนับสนุนให้ครูบรรณารักษ์จัดหาเงินพิเศษเพื่อใช้จ่ายในห้องสมุด 2. ด้านบุคลากร ให้ความร่วมมือในการกำหนดและแก้ปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านกับครูบรรณารักษ์อย่างเป็นกันเอง เปิดโอกาสให้ครูบรรณารักษ์ได้พบปะแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับครูบรรณารักษ์โรงเรียนอื่น นอกจากนั้นยังส่งครูบรรณารักษ์เข้ารับการอบรมบรรณารักษศาสตร์และเรียนต่อในระดับสูงขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose: This research is for studying the reading promoted activities in the primary school library under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan. This research is upon the school librarians and administrators. Procedures: The research datum are from 107 school librarians and 107 school librarians and 107 school administrators in the primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan. The instruments were: 1. The questionnaires for the school librarians are about the reading promoted activities in the primary school. The tests are multiple choices, filling in the blank and open questions. 2. The questionnaires for the administrators are about supporting the mentioned activities. The test are multiple choice and filling in the blank. The collected datum were analyzed by means of percentage. Finding: The most activities which the librarians made are Story Telling 78.85%. The next are Book Suggestion, Answering Riddle Contest, Exhibition, Collecting Student's Work, respectively. Another activities (essay, handwriting, and debate) are the least one 8.65%. The school librarian's opinion about activities principle are as follow: 1. Story Telling: Its aim is for making the students eager to read. The librarians consider the good and enjoyable stories. They will tell the stories from the book for about 10-20 minutes during the mid-day break time. The most problem is lack of new books. 2. Book Suggestion: Its aim is for making for the students eager to read. The librarians will select the good one. The most problem is lack of new books. 3. Answering Riddle Contest: Its aim is for making the students eager to use the library service. Almost questions are about the general knowledge, the answer can seek for the answer within one week. The problem is the least time. 4. Exhibition: Its aim is for making the students eager to use the library service. Its topic is depend upon the general event and special occasion. 5. The collection of the Student's Work: Its aim is for making the students eager to train about reading and writing. The consideration is from the student's essay. The librarian will ask for the other teacher's co-operation but the problem is lack of collector. The administrator's mentioned activities support about budget and person are: 1. Budget: Preparing the special money and encouraging the librarian to seek for the fund. 2. Person: Co-operating in planning and solve the problem about the promotion with the librarians and encouraging the librarians to dis cuss with others. Moreover, the librarian will be trained occasionally and continue his education. |
