| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติในการผูกมัดผู้ป่วย สูงอายุของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติการผูกมัดผู้ป่วยสูงอายุจำแนกตามความรู้ และทัศนคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติในการผูกมัดผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำแนกตามความรู้ และทัศนคติ โดยศึกษาในพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 302 คนที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรมและหออภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดในแต่ละส่วนเท่ากับ 0.89, 0.76 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผูกมัดผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและมีทัศนคติต่อการผูกมัดว่าเป็นสิ่งดีพอใช้สำหรับผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ ส่วนการปฏิบัติในการผูกมัดผู้ป่วยสูงอายุอยู่ในระดับดีมาก 2. พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีระดับความรู้ และทัศนคติแตกต่างกันมีการปฏิบัติในการผูกมัดผู้ป่วยสูงอายุไม่แตกต่างกันโดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติในการผูกมัดผู้ป่วยสูงอายุของพยาบาลวิชาชีพจากการสัมภาษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 20 คนประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยจากผู้สูงอายุ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรพยาบาล ปัจจัยทัศนคติ ปัจจัยด้านกายภาพ ปัจจัยด้านองค์กร ปัจจัยจากญาติผู้ป่วยและปัจจัยด้านช่วงเวลาในการทำงาน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study knowledge, attitude and practice of restraining elderly patients of professional nurses, to compare the practice of restraining elderly patients based on different level of knowledge and attitude of professional nurses, and to study factors effected practice of restraining elderly patients of professional nurses different in level of knowledge and attitude. Subjects were 302 professional nurses in medical - surgical ward and intensive care unit of governmental hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis. A questionnaire comprised with 3 sections: knowledge, attitude and practice measures, was developed by the researcher and tested for content validity and the reliability, which were 0.89, 0.76 and 0.93 respectively. The major findings were as follow: 1. Knowledge about restraining elderly patients of professional nurses was at the middle level, attitude about restraining was considerd as a good thing for elderly patients, and practice of restraining elderly patients were at a very good level. 2. Professional nurses who had different knowledge and attitude were not statistically significant difference in practice of restraining elderly patients at the 0.5 level. 3. From indepth interviews 20 professional nurses, factors concerned about practice in restraining elderly patients of were: elderly factors, attitude factors, physical factors, organizational factors, relative factors and shift of work factor. |
