dc.description.abstract	ในปัจจุบันองค์กรกรณีศึกษาได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานในการบริหารจัดการด้านต่างๆ มากมาย แต่จากการศึกษาเบื้องต้นองค์กรยังต้องเผชิญกับความเสี่ยงในระดับสูง และสูงมาก ดังนั้นในงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีแนวความคิดที่จะประยุกต์ใช้ระบบบริหารความเสี่ยงสำหรับองค์กรกรณีศึกษาโดยดำเนินการตาม ISO31000 ซึ่งเริ่มจากการออกแบบกรอบสำหรับบริหารความเสี่ยง จากนั้นจึงดำเนินการตามกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ การกำหนดสภาพแวดล้อมของกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง การกำหนดเกณฑ์ความเสี่ยงและการประเมินความเสี่ยง ซึ่งพบว่ามีความเสี่ยงระดับสูงมาก 2 ประเด็นคือ การจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่มีคุณภาพ และการถ่ายทอด Know-how จากบริษัทแม่ และความเสี่ยงระดับสูง 9 ประเด็น เช่น กระบวนการสื่อสารไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ การติดตามดูแลกระบวนการไม่ต่อเนื่อง และ อันตรายจากระบบเครน เป็นต้น จากนั้นจึงทำการสร้างแผนจัดการความเสี่ยง โดยอาศัยหลักการวิเคราะห์แขนงความบกพร่องหรือ FTA ในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของความเสี่ยง ซึ่งได้มีการนำแผน 5 แผนจาก 15 แผนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์กร แล้วจึงทำการสร้างระบบเพื่อติดตามและทบทวนความเสี่ยง จากการวิเคราะห์และประเมินความเสี่ยงคาดหมายเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความเสี่ยงก่อนและหลังจากมีแผนจัดการความเสี่ยง พบว่าคะแนนความเสี่ยงลดลงโดยเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 82 โดยทุกความเสี่ยงลดระดับลงมาอยู่ที่ระดับต่ำ กล่าวคือหลังจากดำเนินการตามแผนจัดการความเสี่ยงแล้วสามารถลดระดับความเสี่ยงลงมาอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ และสามารถป้องกันความสูญเสียต่างๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากความเสี่ยง ทำให้การดำเนินการต่างๆ ขององค์กรเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นการเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กรอีกด้วย	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Nowadays, a case study organization has been certified in many management standard systems, but according to the preliminary study it still confronts high and extreme high risks. Therefore, this research has an idea to apply risk management system for the case study organization by following the ISO31000, which started from the design of framework for managing risk, following by the risk management process. Proceedings are as follows; establishing the context of the risk management process, defining risk criteria and risk assessment which found that there are 2 extreme high risks which are “nonconformance products delivery and know-how transferring from the parent company” and 9 high risks which are “ineffective communication process, discontinuous monitoring process and danger from crane etc.”, and performed a risk management plan which applied Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to analyze root causes of risks, and implemented 5 plans out of 15 plans, then created a system to monitor and review risks. As the results of risk analysis and assessment expectation for compared risk level before and after have risk management plan, it is found that the level of risk decreased by average 82%, and all risks can be scaled down to the low risk level. In summary, after proceeded a risk management plan, the level of risk is reduced to acceptable level, and it can prevent losses that may result from risks.
