dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเรื่อง ความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการทำงานที่กำหนด ของนักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงและต่ำว่าแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ และเพศชาย เพศหญิงมีความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการทำงานที่กำหนดแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ ผู้รับการทดลองเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ของโรงเรียนนนทรีวิทยา โรงเรียนเจ้าพระยาวิทยาคม และโรงเรียนยานนาเวศวิทยาคม จำนวน 120 คน แบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือ 1. กลุ่มนักเรียนชายที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง 2. กลุ่มนักเรียนชายที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำ 3. กลุ่มนักเรียนหญิงที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง 4. กลุ่มนักเรียนหญิงที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำ กลุ่มละ 30 คน ผู้วิจัยเสนอตัวอย่างงานการเปลี่ยนตัวเลขเป็นสัญลักษณ์ แล้วให้ผู้รับการทดลองคาดหวังด้วยความเชื่อมั่นสูงสุดว่าตนจะสามารถทำงานที่กำหนดให้นี้ได้กี่คะแนน สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงมีความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการทำงานที่กำหนดให้สูงกว่านักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำ 2. นักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงมีความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการทำงานที่กำหนดให้ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ไม่มีผลร่วมกันระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและเพศ-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the efficacy expectancy for an assigned task of high and low achievement students. The subjects consisted of 120 students in Mathayomsuksa 3 from Nonthree Wittaya School, Chao Phraya Wittayakhom School and Yannaves Wittayakhom School. The subjects were divided into four groups. 1. High achievement male students 2. Low achievement male students 3. High achievement female students 4. Low achievement female students. A Digit-Symbol Test was used to measure efficacy expectancy. Findings indicated that : 1. High achievement students had a higher efficacy expectancy than low achievement students. (F = 14.34, P < .05) 2. There was no sex difference in efficacy expectancy (F = 0.07, P >.05) 3. There was no interaction between achievement and sex.-
