dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองและอาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม และเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองและอาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวมกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทจำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมด้วยการจับคู่ตามคะแนนอาการทางลบ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม แบบประเมินความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง และแบบประเมินอาการทางลบ ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 7 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทั้ง 2 ฉบับ เท่ากับ .88 และ .94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวมสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 2. อาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม น้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 3. ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม สูงกว่าผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 4. อาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม น้อยกว่าผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this quasi-expermental research were to compare the self-care ability and negative symptoms of schizophrenic patients before and after their participation in the holistic caring program, and to compare the self-care ability and negative symptoms of schizophrenic patients who participated in the holistic caring program and those who participatd in regular caring activities. Research samples were forty schizophrenic patients, randomly assigned into one experimental group and one control group by matching with the level of negative symptoms. All research instruments which were developed by the researcher, the holistic caring program for schizophrenic patients, the self-care ability scale, and negative symptoms scale. the reliability of these the self-care ability scale were .88 and negative symptoms scale were .94 respectively. The t-test was used in data analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. The self-care ability of schizophrenic patients after participating in the holistic caring program, was significantly higher than that before the experiment, at the .05 level. 2. The negative symptoms of schizophrenic patitnes after participating in the holistic caring program, were significantly lower than those before the experiment, at the .05 level. 3. The self-care ability of schizophrenic patients who participated in the holistic caring program was significantly higher than that of schizophrenic patients who participated in the regular caring activities, at the .05 level. 4. The negative symptoms of schizophrenic patients who participated in the holistic caring program were significantly lower than those of schizophrenic patients who participated in the regular caring activities, at the .05 level.	en
