| Abstract: | การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในบริการของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลโดยใช้รูปแบบการจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ และเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คุณค่าวิชาชีพพยาบาลของพยาบาลประจำการระหว่างกลุ่มที่ใช้รูปแบบการจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมกับกลุ่มที่ใช้การดูแลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านม จำนวน 60 คน และกลุ่มพยาบาลประจำการ หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมทั่วไปหญิง โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือในการทดลอง ประกอบด้วย แผนการอบรม แผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านม คู่มือการจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีและแบบกำกับการทดลอง เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในบริการของผู้ป่วย และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้คุณค่าวิชาชีพพยาบาล เครื่องมือทั้งหมดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ทดสอบค่าความเที่ยงด้วยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .95 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสถิติที (t-test) และการทดสอบสถิติ Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ความพึงพอใจในบริการของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลโดยใช้รูปแบบการจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณี ([X-Bar] = 4.38) สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ ([X-Bar] = 3.37) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.การรับรู้คุณค่าวิชาชีพพยาบาลกลุ่มพยาบาลประจำการที่ใช้รูปแบบการจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีหลังการทดลอง ([X-Bar] = 4.74) สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ใช้การดูแลตามปกติ ([X-Bar] = 4.01) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were: 1) to compare patients’ satisfaction between breast cancer patients receiving case management and routine nursing practice; and 2) to compare perceived of professional nurses’ value between staff nurses performing case management and those who perform routine nursing practice. Research sample consisted of 60 breast cancer patients and 20 staff nurses from women general surgery ward, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. Research instruments consisted of the case management training program for nurses, the clinical pathway for breast cancer patients, the case management guideline, and the experiment monitoring checklist. Data were obtained by the patients, satisfaction questionnaire and the perceived of professional nurses’ value questionnaire. Content validity were evaluated by a panel of expert. The Cronbach, s alpha coefficients of these questionnaires were .95 and .96, respectively. Data were analyzed by percentile, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.The mean score of patients’ satisfaction of breast cancer patients receiving case management ([X-Bar] = 4.38) was significantly higher than those receiving routine nursing practice ([X-Bar] = 3.37), at the p level of .05. 2.The mean score of perceived of professional nurses’ value performing case management ([X-Bar] = 4.74) was significantly higher than those performing routine nursing practice ([X-Bar] = 4.01), at the p level of .05. |
