| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา พฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ในความสามารถตนเอง การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ ความเครียดในงานกับพฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และปัจจัยพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพมาตรฐานสากล และมีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 299 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ในความสามารถตนเอง (Bandura, 1997) แบบสอบถามการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ (Spreitzer, 1995) แบบสอบถามความเครียดในงาน (Wheeler and Riding, 1995) และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ (Kleysen and Street, 2001) แบบสอบถามทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ .83 .93 .85 และ.90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหูคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับดี ¯(\"x\" ) = 3.57, SD = .58) 2. การรับรู้ในความสามารถตนเอง การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจมีความสัมพันธ์ ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = .20 และ .327 ตามลำดับ) แต่ความเครียดในงานไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร 3. ตัวแปรที่พยากรณ์ พฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ พยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 10.7 (R2 = .107) ได้สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ พฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ = .327 การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research were 1) to study innovative behavior of professional nurses 2) to analyze the relationships between self-efficacy, psychological empowerment, occupational stress and innovative behavior of professional nurses, and 3) to determine predictors of innovative behavior of professional nurses. Study samples were 299 professional nurses with at least 1 year experience, selected by multi-stage sampling from private hospitals accredited by Joint Commission International and located in Bangkok metropolis. The research instruments were Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (Bandura, 1997), Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (Spreitzer, 1995), Occupational Stress Questionnaire (Wheeler and Riding, 1995) and Innovative Behavior Questionnaire (Kleysen and Street, 2001) All instruments were tested for content validity and reliability with Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient of .83, .93, .85 and .90, respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings were as follows: Innovative behavior of professional nurses was at a good level (¯(\"x\" ) = 3.57, SD = .58). Self-efficacy and psychological empowerment were positively related to innovative behavior of professional nurses (r = .20 and .327 respectively, p < .05) while occupational stress was not related to innovative behavior of professional nurses. The variable predicting innovative behavior of professional nurses at p = .05 was psychological empowerment. This predictor accounted for 10.7 percent of the variance (R2= 10.7).The standardized equation was: Innovative behavior = .327 Psychological empowerment |
