dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาหาข้อสรุปสารัตถพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อนำมาสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับศึกษาแนวคิด และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาในปัจจุบัน แนวคิดในอุดมคติและแนวคิดที่เป็นไปได้ในอนาคต และเปรียบเทียบแนวคิดและการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาของผู้บริหาร และอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ข้อสรุปสารัตถพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 13 ด้านคือ ความหมายของการศึกษา ความมุ่งหมายของการศึกษา ธรรมชาติของมนุษย์ พุทธญาณวิทยากระบวนการของการศึกษา โรงเรียน ผู้บริหาร ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ครู นักเรียน วิธีสอน หลักสูตร การวัดผลและการประเมินผล และพบว่า ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีแนวคิดและการปฏิบัติโน้มไปทางพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาสูงสุด มีแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาในอุดมคติ และแนวคิดที่เป็นไปได้ในอนาคตสอดคล้องกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญสูงสุด นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับสารัตถพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในด้านความมุ่งหมายของการศึกษา และด้านนักเรียน มีการปฏิบัติทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Aims at getting the summation of the essence of the Buddhist philosophy of education from the experts in order the create it as instrument for the study of contemporary, ideal, as well as future potential concepts and practices of the Buddhist philosophy of education. Compares the concepts and practices of the Buddhist philosophy of education of the secondary school administrators and instructors under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis. The first part of this research findings revealed 13 aspects of the essence of Buddhist philosophy of education concensused by the experts : they are meaning of education, objective of education, educational process, school, administrator, relation between teachers and students, teacher, student, teaching method, curriculum, measurement and evaluation. It was also found that those secondary school administrators and instructors who were affiliated with the Department of General Education in Bangkok commanded the highest concepts and practices on the Buddhist philosophy of education. They possessed the ideal and future potential concepts on Buddhist philosophy of education which corresponded mostly with those of the experts. Futhermore, the administrators and instructors were found to possess different concepts on Buddhist philosophy of education on the aspects objectives of education and students at the statistical sinificance of .01 level, whereas they showed no sinificanct difference at the level of .05 on every aspect of the practices of the Buddhist philosophy of education	en
