dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องวินัยและการรักษาวินัยของข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัยของข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องวินัยและการรักษาวินัยของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 4. เพื่อหาแนวปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัยจากความเข้าใจของข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบสำรวจ ตัวอย่างประชากรประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 8 จำนวน 523 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random sampling) ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจำนวน 471 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.06 ซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 61 ฉบับ อาจารย์จำนวน 410 ฉบับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมีเนื้อหา 4 ตอนคือ ตอนที่ 1 สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวินัยและการรักษาวินัย ตอนที่ 3 วิธีปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัย ตอนที่ 4 ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และค่าซี (z-test) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี มีอายุราชการต่ำกว่า 6 ปี มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 2. ความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องวินัยและการรักษาวินัย 2.1 สัดส่วนของจำนวนผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องในเรื่องวินัยและการรักษาวินัย มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.2 ระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องวินัยและการรักษาวินัยของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มอาจารย์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่เมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยของทั้งสองกลุ่ม ปรากฏว่า กลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มอาจารย์มีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องวินัยและการรักษาวินัย แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. วิธีปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัย 3.1 ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบวินัยที่กำหนด 3.2 การปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัยในหน่วยงานของผู้บริหารระดับสูง และผู้บริหารระดับโรงเรียน ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่ มีความคิดเห็นว่า การจัดสวัสดิการของหน่วยงาน การขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องระเบียบวินัย และขวัญกำลังวิจัยในการปฏิบัติงานของครูเป็นสาเหตุที่สำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหาอุปสรรคในการรักษาวินัย แนวปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัยของข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วยสิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับตัวผู้บังคับบัญชา เกี่ยวกับตัวผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา และเกี่ยวกับองค์การกลางบริหารงานบุคคล รวมทั้งแนวปฏิบัติในการรักษาวินัย อันประกอบด้วยการเลือกสรรเพื่อบรรจุและแต่งตั้งข้าราชการ การบำรุงรักษาบุคลากร การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการให้พ้นจากงาน-
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes of the Research: 1. To study the secondary school personnels’ disciplinary understanding and maintainance. 2. To study the secondary school personnels’ disciplinary practices. 3. To compare the administrators, disciplinary understanding with the teachers’. 4. To find the practical disciplinary measure for the secondary school personnels. Methods and Procedures: Survey method was used in this research. The subjects involved in this research were administrators and teachers of the secondary schools in educational region 8. Five hundred and twenty-three questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and four hundred and seventy - one questionnaires or 90.06 percents of those questionnaires were completed and returned. The questionnaires used in this study consist of four parts. They were respondents' personal information, disciplinary understandings, disciplinary practices, and suggestions. Percentage, arithematic mean, standard deviation, t-test and z-test, were used to analyse the data. Findings: 1. Personal Information: The respondents were mostly female, age between twenty-one to thirty, years of service under six, and Bachelor Degree graduated. 2. Disciplinary understandings 2.1 The ratio of the administrators' and teachers' disciplinary understandings was significantly different at .01 level. 2.2 The administrators' and teachers' disciplinary understandings were in moderate level and significantly different at .01 level. 3. Disciplinary practices 3.1 Most of the administrators and teachers followed the determined disciplines correctly. 3.2 Most high level administrators and secondary school administrators' disciplinary practices were moderate. 4. Disciplinary problems created by poor organization welfare, lack of disciplinary understandings, and poor personnels' morale. Practical disciplinary measure for secondary school personnels consist of the improvement of administrators, teachers, and Central Personnel Administration Organization, Additionally, disciplinary practices which includes recruitment, maintainance, development, and retirement, is also proposed.-
