| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ ขณะพักรักษาตัวอยู่ในโรงพยาบาล และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ 1. ความต้องการของผู้ป่วยเพศชาย หญิง 2. การเจ็บป่วยด้านอายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรม 3. ด้านร่างกาย, จิตใจ, อารมณ์, สังคม, ศรัทธาหรือความเชื่อ และ 4. การกลับสู่ครอบครัวหลังออกจากจากโรงพยาบาล ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้เป็นผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ เพศชาย หญิง ที่เจ็บป่วยทางอายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรม จำนวน 55 คน จากโรงพยาบาลที่เป็นสถานศึกษา 4 แห่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น และได้นำไปหาความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเที่ยง มีค่าเป็น 0.99 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที (t-teat) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สถานภาพของผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 55-59 ปี นับถือศาสนาพุทธ,มีคู่ครอง,การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีรายได้จากบุตรเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนๆ ละ 500-999 บาท บุตรเป็นผู้นำส่งโรงพยาบาล อาการขณะมาโรงพยาบาลรู้สึกตัวดี แต่ช่วยตัวเองไม่ได้การเคลื่อนไหวของรายการขณะมาโรงพยาบาลต้องมีผู้พยุงมา เป็นการเข้ารับการรักษาตัวครั้งแรก และมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานครและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง 2 ผู้ป่วยให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับความต้องการในขณะพักรักษาพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลเป็นอันดับแรกของความต้องการแต่ละด้าน คือ 1. สังเกตและนับจำนวนชีพจรหายใจ 2. สัมพันธภาพระหว่างพยาบาลและผู้ป่วย 3.ยอมรับว่าผู้ป่วยเป็นสมาชิกคนหนึ่งของโรงพยาบาลที่มีความสำคัญ ให้ความมั่นใจแก่ผู้ป่วยว่าโรงพยาบาลและเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกๆ คนจะให้ความช่วยเผลือผู้ป่วยจนเต็มความสามารถ เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับความปลอดภัยและทุกข์ทรมานน้อยที่สุด และ 4. ต้องการกลับไปอยู่กับครอบครัวหลังออกจากโรงพยาบาล 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุระหว่างเพศชายและเพศหญิง โดยส่วนรวมแต่ละด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 จึงสนองสมมติฐานที่ว่าผู้ป่วยสูงอายุเพศหญิงและเพศชาย มีความต้องการไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. . คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุระหว่างเจ็บป่วยทางด้านอายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรม โดยส่วนรวมแต่ละด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 จึงสนองสมมติฐานที่ว่าผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยทางอายุรกรรมและศัลยกรรมมีความไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. . คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุเพศชาย เพศหญิง ในการกลับสู่ครอบครัวหลังออกจากโรงพยาบาล โดยส่วนรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 จึงสนองสมมติฐานที่ว่าผู้ป่วยสูงอายุเพศหญิงและชายมีความต้องการในการกลับสู่ครอบครัวหลังออกจากโรงพยาบาลไม่แตกต่างกัน | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the old-age patient's opinions concerning the needs while under hospitalization and to compare the patient's needs : firstly, between male and fermle patients; secondly, in medical and surgical illness; thirdly, in the physical, psychological, emotional, social, spiritual areas and fourthly patients return to their families after hospitalized, aspects. The sample was consisted of old-age male and female patients with medical-surgical illness; the total of 55 person from 4 teaching hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis. The simple remdom sampling method was employed in selecting the sample group. The questionnair was developed by the researcher and was tested for content validity and its reliability was 0.99. The data was analyzed by using various statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. The major findings were :- 1. Regarding statuses most patients were buddhist, married, between 55-59 years of age, and having the education at the primary level. Their in-come were recived from their children for about 500-999 Baht per/month, the patients were sent to the hospitals by their children, the symptoms of patients on admission were helpless, and having some one to carry them to the hospitals. Most of these patients were from the Bangkok Metropolis or its surrounding They: were reported to be hospitalized for the first time. 2. The patients opinions concerning the needs were ranked first in each area; 1) observing symptoms, counting pulse and respir rate, 2) nurse-patient relationship, 3) were accepted as importance persons in the hospitals, 4) were reassured that they should be helped full of safety confidence and less suffering, and 5) immediate return to their families upon discharge. 3. There was no statistically significant difference of the opinions between male and female patients, concerning the needs of old-age patients in the whole, and in each area at the .01 level,. therefore the hypothesis "there is no, difference of the old-age patient's opinions concerning the needs in male and female, had been tested and was retained. 4. There was no statistically significant difference of the opinions between medical, and surgical illness, concerning the needs of old-age patients in the whole, and in each area at the .01. level therefore the hypothesis "there is no difference of the old-age patient's opinions concerning the needs in medical and surgical illness, had beer. tested and was retained. 5. There was no statistically significant difference of the opinions between male, and female patients, concerning the needs of returning to their families after hospitalization, at the .01 level, Therefore the hypothesis there is no difference of the old-age patient opinions between male and female patient's concerning the needs of returning to their families after hospitalization, had been tested and was retained. | - |
