dc.description.abstract	การควบคุมคุณภาพอย่างรวดเร็วของวิตะมิน ซี ในยาสำเร็จรูปวิตะมินสามารถจะทำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้ชุดอุปกรณ์การวิเคราะห์วิตะมิน ซี ซึ่งได้สร้งขึ้นเป็น 2 แบบ คือ แบบเทียบสี และแบบไตเตรชั่น ชุดอุปกรณ์การวิเคราะห์วิตะมิน ซี แบบเทียบสี จะประกอบด้วยสารละลายสีมาตรฐานเพื่อใช้เทียบหาปริมาณวิตะมิน ซี 100 หรือ > 100, 90, 80, 70 และ 60 หรือ < 60% ของจำนวนที่บ่งไว้ในฉลาก, แคปซูลของ 2, 6- ไดคลอโรฟีนอล อินโดฟีนอล, และเครื่องแก้ววัดปริมาตรต่าง ๆ ส่วนชุดอุปกรณ์การวิเคราะห์วิตะมิน ซี แบบไตเตรชั่น จะประกอบด้วยสารละลายมาตรฐานไอโอดีน, แคปซูลของวิตะมิน ซี มาตรฐาน และเครื่องแก้ววัดปริมาตรต่าง ๆ ชุดอุปกรณ์แต่ละชุดสามารถยกติดตัวไปได้สะดวก และมีราคาถูก ประมาณ 500-1000 บาท วิธีวิเคราะห์ทำได้ง่าย, รวดเร็วโดยเสร็จในเวลา 5-10 นามี และนอกจากนี้ยังประหยัด โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายตัวอย่างละ 25 สตางค์ เท่านั้น ชุดอุปกรณ์การวิเคราะห์วิตะมิน ซี ทั้งแบบเทียบสี และแบบไตรเตรชั่นสามารถวิเคราะห์วิตะมิน ซี ในยาสำเร็จรูปวิตะมินได้ดี โดยมีผลสอดคล้องกับวิธีวิเคราะห์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ และมีความผิดพลาดไม่เกิน +-10% ดังนั้นจึงควรส่งเสริมให้มีชุดอุปกรณ์การวิเคราะห์วิตะมิน ซี นี้ในสถานพยาบาล	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Quick quality control of vitamin C in vitamin preparations can be effectively carried out by using vitamin C analytical kit which consists of two types: for colorimetric and titration methods. The one for colorimetric method consists of standard color solution having the color equivalent to those producing by 100 or > 100, 90, 80, 70, and 60 or < 60% labeled amount of vitamin C, 2, 6 -dichlorophenol indophenol capsule and volumetric glasswares. While the one used for titration method consists of standard iodine solution, standard vitamin C capsule and volumetric glasswares. Each kit is portable and of low price between 500-100 baht. The methods are very easy handle and can be finished with in 5-10 minutes. Further more it costs only 25 stang per sample. Both kits for colormetric and titration methods can also be used in the determination of vitamin C in multivitamin preparations corresponding with the laboratory results and the error not more than +- 10%.Therefore it should be introduced in Medical Services.	en
