| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง การสร้างออดิโอเดสคริปต์ชั่นในภาพยนตร์การ์ตูน เพื่อเด็กพิการทางการมองเห็น ฉบับนี้ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Research) ที่ได้มีการศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 2 ข้อ คือ (1) ศึกษาถึงกระบวนการสร้างออดิโอเดสคริปต์ชั่นในภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนและการทดลองสร้าง และ (2) การทดสอบการรับรู้สุนทรียภาพจากภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนเฉพาะกิจ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียนที่มีความพิการทางการมองเห็น อายุ 7 – 9 ปี ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และได้เลือกภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนเรื่อง ทอม แอนด์ เจอร์รี่ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 3 ตอน เพื่อเป็นกรณีศึกษา ทั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสังเกตพฤติกรรม และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการสร้างออดิโอเดสคริปต์ชั่นในภาพยนตร์การ์ตูน เป็นกระบวนการที่มีรายละเอียดมาก ทั้งในเรื่องของ (1) การเลือกคำที่จะใช้สื่อสาร จากการวิเคราะห์ระดับภาษาของกลุ่มตัวอย่างและกรอบภาษาในสื่อบันเทิงที่อยู่ในรูปแบบของเสียง (2) การวิเคราะห์เรื่องราวและ “เลือก” สิ่งที่จำเป็นต้องสื่อสาร (3) การวางแผนและตัดสินใจในการเขียนบทบรรยาย และ (4) การสื่อสารอารมณ์ของเรื่องผ่านบทบรรยาย เพราะการสร้างสื่อลักษณะนี้ “เสียง” จะทำหน้าที่เป็น “ภาพ” และทำหน้าที่แทน “การแสดง” ของตัวละครทั้งหมดในเรื่อง ดังนั้น ทักษะการใช้เสียงเพื่อสื่อสารอารมณ์จึงเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญพอๆกับการเลือกคำเพื่อสื่อสารเรื่อง สำหรับการทดสอบการรับรู้สุนทรียภาพ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างเด็กนักเรียนที่มีความพิการทางการมองเห็น อายุ 7 - 9 ปี ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถเล่าเรื่องราวได้อย่างถูกต้องเป็นลำดับ แต่มักจะข้ามเหตุการณ์ที่เป็นมุขตลกแบบฉับพลันไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถรับสารข้อคิดเชิงศีลธรรมได้ เฉพาะในเรื่องที่มีการระบุไว้ในบทบรรยายชัดเจน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างอายุ 8 ปี และ 9 ปี สามารถสื่อสารรายละเอียดจากจินตนาการของภาพฉากที่ตนประทับใจได้มากกว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุ 7 ปี โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุ 8ปี และ 9 ปี สามารถให้รายละเอียดภาพที่ประทับใจได้ถึงบริบทของฉากนั้น เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับประสบการณ์ของตนเอง ในขณะที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุ 7 ปี สามารถกล่าวถึงเพียงตัวละครหลักๆ |
| Other Abstract: | The Creation of Audio Description in Animated Feature for Visually Impaired Children was conducted on 2 objectives. Firstly, this creative research was to study and experiment the process of creating an audio described animated feature, and second objective was to test and evaluate the aesthetical perception resulting from the sample groups of visually impaired children age of 7 – 9 years old in Bangkok area, using the observation and focus group methods. Three episodes from Tom and Jerry cartoon were as case studies for this research. The research shows that the process of making the Audio Description in the Tom and Jerry cartoon is detailed. The process starts with (1) analyzing and choosing types of word and sentence those suit the age 7 – 9 years old sample groups’ linguistic development, then (2) analyzing the chosen episodes and decide the need-to-communicate points, (3) preparing for script writing. After that, the vocal skill is needed for (4) communicating all the emotions and aesthetics from the “picturized” cartoon to make it “vocalized”, making the voice a “performance”.The second part says about the sample groups’ evaluation of aesthetical perception results. All the groups could tell all of the stories precisely, but the sudden-mischief gags were omitted. Most of the groups could recognize the moral concept from the cartoon, only if it was placed in the AD narrated scripts. And, the groups of 8 and 9 years old children could communicate and picturize their impressive scenes in much more detail than the 7-year-old group could. |
