| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลบรรณานุกรมผลงานวิชาการของอาจารย์คณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่ได้รับการอ้างถึงในสิ่งพิมพ์ประเภทต่าง ๆ ที่ตีพิมพ์ระหว่างปี 2536-ปัจจุบัน ด้วยโปรแกรม CDS/ISIS for Windows หรือ WinISIS และประเมินความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ที่มีต่อการใช้ฐานข้อมูลนี้ โดยมีสมมุติฐานการวิจัยคือ ผู้ใช้พึงพอใจการออกแบบโปรแกรมการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลนี้ในระดับมาก ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษารายละเอียดในด้านความพึงพอใจโดยรวมที่มีต่อการใช้ฐานข้อมูล ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้ฐานข้อมูลด้านวิธีการค้น ผลการค้น รูปแบบการแสดงผล และอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ให้บริการ การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ และศึกษาข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ โดยใช้ระดับความพึงพอใจ 1-5 เป็นเกณฑ์ในการประเมิน กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ฐานข้อมูลสิ่งพิมพ์ที่ได้รับการอ้างถึง (Cited works) 1,778 รายการ และสิ่งพิมพ์ที่อ้าง (Citing works) 7,139 รายการ และอาจารย์คณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 26 คน การประเมินผลความพึงพอใจครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการทางสถิติโดยประเมินตามระดับคะแนนความพึงพอใจที่อาจารย์ตอบในแบบสอบถาม และผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โดยรวมอาจารย์คณะรัฐศาสตร์ พึงพอใจในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลบรรณานุกรมผลงานวิชาการของอาจารย์คณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่ได้รับการอ้างถึงในสิ่งพิมพ์ประเภทต่าง ๆ ที่ตีพิมพ์ระหว่างปี 2536-ปัจจุบัน ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.85) 2. อาจารย์พึงพอใจการใช้ฐานข้อมูล ด้านวิธีการค้น ผลการค้น รูปแบบการแสดงผล อุปกรณ์และสถานที่ให้บริการในระดับมาก 3. อาจารย์เห็นว่าฐานข้อมูลนี้มีประโยชน์ ดังนั้นส่วนใหญ่ถึงร้อยละ 92.31 จะใช้ประโยชน์จากฐานข้อมูลนี้โดยในจำนวนนี้ร้อยละ 35.42 ต้องการใช้เพื่อประกอบการสอน รองลงมาจำนวนร้อยละ 20.83 ใช้เป็นดัชนีวัดคุณภาพทางวิชาการ และร้อยละ 18.75 ใช้เพื่อการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และนำไปเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลด้านการบริหารเพื่อแสดงถึงการได้รับการยอมรับทางวิชาการของอาจารย์คณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และร้อยละ 6.25 ใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ด้านอื่น ๆ |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this study were (1) to design and create the bibliographic database of cited publications in Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University published during 1993-present in using CDS/ISIS for Windows or WinISIS and (2) to evaluate instructors' satisfaction in this citation database. The hypothesis was "almost all of the instructors were satisfied with database at high level". This survey obtained the information by questionnaire on 6 aspects: information searching; search results; display format; hardware and facilities; utilities and suggestions. The evaluation was ranked by scoring from 1-5. The population used for the study consisted of 1,778 cited works and 7,139 citing works in this citation database and 26 instructors in Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University. Statistical method was used to evaluate the scoring of instructors' satisfaction. The results were then processed and summarized as follow:- 1. Alost all of the instructors were satisfied with this database at high level (mean = 3.85) 2. Almost all of the instructors were satisfied with 4 of the 6 aspects namely: information searching; search results; display format and hardware and facilities at high level. 3. The instructors have a view that this citation database was vey useful and 92.31% of them will use it. In this amount 35.42% will use for instruction, 20.83% will use to be the index of academic quality in Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University, 18.75% will use for the source of management information in order that the instructors in Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University be recognized academically and 6.25% will use for other purposes. |
