dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูมัธยมศึกษา โดยวิเคราะห์หาคุณภาพของแบบวัดตามวิธีการของมาตรส่วนประมาณค่าของแอนดริช ในด้านต่อไปนี้คือด้านความตรงเชิงทฤษฏี (Construct Validity) ความตรงตามเกณฑ์สัมพันธ์ (Criterion-Related Validity) และด้านความเที่ยง (Reliability) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ของกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2531 ทั้งหมด 384 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบวัดสองฉบับ ฉบับแรกคือ แบบรายงานตนเองสำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษา สร้างโดย เยาวดี วิบูลย์ศรี ส่วนอีกฉบับคือ แบบวัดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูมัธยมศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบวัดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูมัธยมศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนามีคุณภาพซึ่งวิเคราะห์ตามวิธีการของมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าของแอนดริช อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี กล่าวคือ 1. มีความตรงเชิงทฤษฏี โดยมีข้อกระทงที่เหมาะสมกับโมเดล (Fit)ร้อยละ 66.66 2. มีความตรงตามเกณฑ์สัมพันธ์ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์กับแบบรายงานตนเองสำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษา สร้างโดย เยาวดี วิบูลย์ศรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Statistical Significant) ที่ระดับ .01 (r= .2727) 3. มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe main purpose of this study is to develop a secondary school teacher’s job satisfaction scale, basing on Andrich’s method for constructing a rathing scale in the following aspects: construct validity, criterion-related validity and reliability. The samples used were 384 Bangkok secondary school teachers teaching in the first semester in 1988, in the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education. Two sets of research instruments were used one was a secondary school teacher’ self-report rating scale constructes by Yavadee Vibulsri. The other was a secondary school teachers’ job satisfaction scale, developed by researcher. It was found that the secondary school teachers’ job satisfaction scale has a high quality, in the following aspects: 1. For its construct validity, there are 66.66% of its items fitting the model. 2. For its criterion-related validity, it correlates significantly with the secondary school teachers’ self-report at p= .01 (r=.2727). 3. Its reliability coefficient is .98.
