| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในการสอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 10 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในการสอนกับการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในสภาพการณ์จริงของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่สอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตการศึกษา 10 3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของครูในการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในการสอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตการศึกษา 10 สมมติฐานของการวิจัย ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่สอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในเขตการศึกษา 10 มีความต้องการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในการสอนมากกว่าการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในสภาพการณ์จริง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2528 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติในอำเภอที่ประกาศเป็นพื้นที่เป้าหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาชนบทยากจนในเขตการศึกษา 10 โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้ตัวอย่างประชากรจำนวน 436 คน จากโรงเรียน 436 โรง ๆ ละ 1 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที (t-test) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ประเภทแหล่งความรู้ที่ครูมีความต้องการใช้และนำมาใช้จริงมากที่สุดในการสอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพคือ การใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น ส่วนการพานักเรียนไปศึกษาดูงาน หรือฝึกงานนอกสถานที่ ครูมีความต้องการใช้และนำมาใช้จริงน้อยที่สุด 2. การเปรียบเทียบความต้องการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนกับการนำแหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนมาใช้จริง พบว่า ครูมีความต้องการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนในการสอนมากกว่าการนำแหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนมาใช้จริง ความต้องการใช้และการนำมาใช้จริงแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ยกเว้นบางเนื้อหาในงานเลือกแขนงงานช่างและแขนงงานอาชีพอื่น ๆ ที่ความต้องการใช้และการนำมาใช้จริงของครูไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้แหล่งความรู้ในชุมชนของครู พบว่าครูประสบปัญหาและอุปสรรคในระดับปานกลางในด้านไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับวิทยากรครูไม่สะดวกที่จะไปติดต่อวิทยากรที่อยู่ห่างไกลจากโรงเรียน ครูไม่มีเวลาศึกษาและวางแผนเชิญวิทยากรที่เหมาะสมกับแขนงงานไว้ล่วงหน้าแต่เนิ่น ๆ เสียค่าใช้จ่ายสูง นักเรียนไม่มีความสามารถที่จะไปสัมภาษณ์ผู้รู้หรือศึกษาค้นคว้าเพิ่มเติมด้วยตนเอง ผู้รู้หรือผู้ชำนาญไม่ค่อยมีเวลาว่างและขาดงบประมาณที่จะซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่หากยากในท้องถิ่น ส่วนปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ครูประสบในระดับน้อย คือผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนเดียวกันไม่สนับสนุน ไม่เห็นคุณค่าและความสำคัญของการใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น และนักเรียนไม่ให้ความร่วมมือ |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose 1. To study the utilization of community resources in teaching in the area of Work-Oriented Experiences of Prathom Suksa Six teachers in Educational Region Ten. 2. To compare the need and the utilization of community resources in teaching in the area of Work-Oriented Experiences of Prathom Suksa Six teachers in Educational Region Ten. 3. To study the problems and the difficulties in the utilization of community resources in teaching in the area of Work-Oriented Experiences of Prathom Suksa Six teachers in Educational Region Ten. Hypothesis The need of the Prathom Suksa Six teachers to utilize the community resources in teaching in the area of Work-Oriented Experiences is higher than their real utilization of community resources in teaching. Procedures The samples of this research were 436 Prathom Suksa Six teachers who taught in the area of Work-Oriented Experiences in the academic year 1985 in the elementary schools under the authority of the National Primary Education Comission in the districts of target areas for rural development in Educational Region Ten. The samples were obtained by means of Multi-Stage Sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The obtained data were statistically analysed by means of percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Conclusions 1. The use of the local materials was the teachers’ most need and they fully utilized them in teaching in the area of Work-Oriented Experiences. The teachers’ least need and real utilization was the educational field trip. 2. The teachers’ need to utilize the community resources was higher than their real utilization in teaching. It appeared to be significantly different at the .01 level except for some contents in crafts and other vocational works that the teachers’ need and real utilization showed no difference. 3. The teachers’ problems and difficulties at middle level in the utilization of community resources were as follows:- 3.1 there was no budget for the various resource persons, 3.2 the resource persons lived so far from the schools, 3.3 the teachers had not enough time to lay out plans to invite suitable resource persons, 3.4 the teachers and students had to pay more money in the educational field trip, 3.5 the students could not interview the resource persons or study by themselves, 3.6 the resource persons had not enough free time, 3.7 lack of money to buy some local materials. 4. The teachers’ problems and difficulties were at low level as follows:- 4.1 the administrators and other teachers did not support the utilization of community resources, 4.2 they were not interested in the value and importance of using the local materials, 4.3 the students were not interested in the utilization of community resources. |
