dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ใช้หอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มีต่อบริการจ่าย-รับของหอสมุดกลางในด้านนโยบายและการปฏิบัติงานจ่าย-รับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ใช้หอสมุดลางส่วนใหญ่พอใจกับระเบียบและกฎเกณฑ์ของหอสมุดกลางที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการจ่ายรับ ส่วนบริการจ่าย-รับของหอสมุดกลางในด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่ให้บริการจ่าย-รับ ด้านการให้บริการจ่าย-รับประเภทต่าง ๆ ด้านบุคลากรของบริการจ่าย-รับ และด้านระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์บางประการของหอสมุดกลางที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการจ่าย-รับ ควรได้มีการปรับปรุงให้มีประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้น เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการอย่างแท้จริง
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to study user’s problems and need towards the circulation policies and operations of Khon Kaen University Central Library. The research results revealed that most library users were satisfied with the circulation services on the following aspects: the circulation areas, service activities, staffs and some rules and regulations should be improved so that they will be more effective and relevant to the users’ need.
