| Abstract: | ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรวิชาภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 และเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนราษฎร์ ระหว่างครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ และระหว่างผู้บริหารและครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรวิชาภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรวิชาภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบกำหนดคำตอบ มาตราส่วนประเมินค่า และแบบปลายเปิด กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารจำนวน 300 คน และครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 484 คน จากโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่า t (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ในด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้ หลักสูตรวิชาภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ ส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นด้วยในระดับปานกลาง เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 ในด้านจุดประสงค์และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาวิชา การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรม หนังสือเรียน และการวัดและประเมินผล 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนราษฎร์ เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 พบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนราษฎร์มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ในทุกด้านเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 คือ ด้านจุดประสงค์ และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาวิชา การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรม หนังสือเรียนและการวัดและประเมินผล 3.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์เกี่ยวกับ การใช้หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 พบว่าครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ ส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรวิชาภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 ในด้านจุดประสงค์และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรม และการวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนในด้านเนื้อหาวิชา และหนังสือเรียนนั้น ครูสอนวิชาภาษอังกฤษของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 4. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น เกี่ยวกับ การใช้หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 พบว่าผู้บริหารและครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 เกี่ยวกับ การใช้หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นพุทธศักราช 2521 ในด้านจุดประสงค์ของหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรม และการวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนในด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาวิชา และหนังสือเรียน ผู้บริหารและครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ |
| Other Abstract: | To study the opinions of administrators and lower secondary education level English language teachers in public and private schools in Bangkok metropolis concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum B.E. 2521; to compare the opinions between administrators in public and private schools, between lower secondary education level. English language teachers in public and private schools and between administrators and lower secondary education level English language teachers concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum B.E. 2521. The instrument used in this study was the questionnaire concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum B.E. 2521 constructed by the researcher. The forms of the questionnaire were check list, rating scales and open end. The subjects were 300 administrators and 484 lower secondary education level English language teachers from public and private schools in Bangkok metropolis The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of the study were as follows :1. It was found that most administrators and lower secondary education level English language teachers in public and private schools agreed at the moderate level concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum B.E. 2521 in the following aspects : the objectives and the structure of the curriculum, the course content, the learning and teaching process, the instructional activities, the texts and the evaluation techniques. 2. The opinions of administrators in public and private schools concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum B.E. 2521 were significantly different at the level .01 in the following aspects : the objectives and the structure of the curriculum, the course content, the learning and teaching process, the instructional activities, the texts and the evaluation techniques. 3. The opinions of lower secondary education level English language teachers in public and private schools concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum B.E. 2521 were not significantly different in the following aspects : the objectives and the structure of the curriculum, the learning and teaching process, the instructional activities and the evaluation techniques. However, their opinions were significantly different at the level .01 regarding to the course content and the texts. 4. The opinions of administrators and lower secondary education level English language teachers concerning the implementation of lower secondary education English curriculum S.E. 2521 were significantly different at the level .01 in the following aspects : the objectives of the curriculum, the learning and teaching process, the instructional activities 3nd the evaluation techniques. However, their opinions were not significantly different regarding to the structure of the curriculum, the course content and the texts. |
