| Abstract: | โครงการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะสร้างหลักสูตรระยะสั้นการออกแบบเครื่องประดับ เพื่อลดปัญหาความขาดแคลนนักออกแบบในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก เป็นหลักสูตรเร่งรัดที่ใช้เวลาสั้นกว่าการศึกษาภาคปกติ เหมาะสมกับบุคลากรที่มีพื้นฐานการศึกษาด้านศิลปะและการออกแบบหรือผู้ที่อยู่ในธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับ หลักสูตรนี้จะเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการออกแบบโดยเฉพาะเครื่องประดับให้กับบุคลากรดังกล่าว และจะดำเนินการโดยภาควิชาการออกแบบอุตสาหกรรม คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย วิธีการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย การรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ และคุณสมบัติของนักออกแบบเครื่องประดับ ข้อเสนอแนะเนื้อหาความรู้ และระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม ตลอดจนกิจกรรมสนับสนุนการศึกษาหลักสูตรเร่งรัดนี้ การรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตรการออกแบบเครื่องประดับและวิธีการจัดการ การเรียนการสอนออกแบบ การสัมมนาระดมความคิดระหว่างผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับ และนักวิชาการจากสถาบันการศึกษาด้านศิลปะและการออกแบบสาขาต่าง ๆ ข้อมูลจากการดำเนินกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ข้างต้นได้ผ่านการวิเคราะห์รวบรวมเป็น "ร่าง" หลักสูตรระยะสั้นการออกแบบเครื่องประดับ ส่งให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจพิจารณาให้ความคิดเห็นเพื่อแก้ไขก่อนที่จะดำเนินการทดลอง การทดลองหลักสูตรใช้เวลา 5 สัปดาห์ ทำให้ได้ข้อสรุปในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขในรายละเอียดของหลักสูตรให้สมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น ข้อมูลจากคำแนะนำของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และผลการทดลอง ทำให้สามารถสรุปเป็นหลักสูตรระยะสั้นการออกแบบเครื่องประดับที่เหมาะสม ประกอบด้วย รายละเอียดโครงสร้างหลักสูตร เนื้อหารายวิชา ระยะเวลาเรียนแต่ละวิชา กิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมกับการเรียนออกแบบเครื่องประดับ เครื่องมือและครุภํณฑ์ที่จำเป็น รวมถึงคุณสมบัติของผู้เรียนเป็นต้น การวิจัยนี้นอกจากจะเกิดประโยชน์โดยตรงต่ออุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็กแล้ว ยังใช้เป็นตัวอย่างวิธีการสร้างหลักสูตรให้กับสถาบันการศึกษาอื่น ๆ ที่ประสงค์จะสร้างหลักสูตรระยะสั้นอีกด้วย |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to develop intensive jewelry design curriculum model in order to solve the problem of jewelry designer shortage in small and medium size jewelry industries. This model took shorter time of study than general acedemic midel. It was appropriated for person who had art and design educational background or those who involved with jewelry industries. It would increase especially jewelry design potential for those selected group of people and would organize by the Department of Industrial Design. Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University. The procedure included ; data collection from questionnairs which were designed for jewelry designers' qualifications and the need of jewelry designers, suggestions for courses descriptions, appropriated period of time as well as special activities supported this intensive courses, data collection from jewelry design curriculum structure and management documentory, appropriate model of teaching for design study, the results from a seminar among the jewelry industry staffs and the academic staffs from different art and design institutes. All data were analized and developed the "draft" of intensive curriculum model of jewelry design. The draft was commented by the selected specialists in area of study. Then the experiment had been canducted for 5 weeks. The results from specialists' coments and the experimentation provided more data to set the final intensive jewelry design curriculum with all details such as curriculum structure, courses descriptions, period of time, activities suitable for jewelry design courses, tool and equipments and also qualification of the learners. This research was not only utilized for jewelry industries but also an example for any other institutions who wish to develop such intensive course. |
