| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในแหล่งเสื่อมโทรมกรุงเทพมหานคร เกี่ยวกับการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติด ในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผู้เรียน ผู้สอน กิจกรรมพิเศษ และบทบาทของบุคคลและสถาบันที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน เกี่ยวกับการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติด วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามฉบับทดลองเรื่อง ความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในแหล่งเสื่อมโทรมเกี่ยวกับการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติด โดยมีลักษณะคำถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า แล้วนำไปทดลองใช้กับครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในแหล่งเสื่อมโทรมจำนวน 10 คน ซึ่งมิใช่ตัวอย่างประชากร แล้วนำมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขเป็นฉบับสมบูรณ์ จัดส่งแบบสอบถามฉบับสมบูรณ์ไปยังครูทุกคนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกโรงที่ตั้งอยู่ในแหล่งเสื่อมโทรม กรุงเทพมหานคร ในสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา และสำนักการศึกษาจำนวน 204 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนรวมทั้งสิ้น 192 ฉบับ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบความแตกต่างของความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันเกี่ยวกับการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติด ด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย 1. ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่าการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติดแก่นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาในแหล่งเสื่อมโทรมเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นและมีความสำคัญยิ่งในปัจจุบัน และการจัดการเรียนการสอนเรื่องยาเสพติดในโรงเรียนควรได้รับการปรับปรุงส่งเสริม ทั้งในด้าน ผู้สอน วิธีสอน วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และกิจกรรมพิเศษ 2. ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่าผู้ปกครอง และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งของรัฐและเอกชนที่ทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ควรให้ความช่วยเหลือร่วมมือในการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดแก่เด็กเพิ่มมากขึ้น 3. ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน ส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติดไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนควรให้ความสนใจและสนับสนุนการให้การศึกษาเรื่องยาเสพติดในโรงเรียนมากขึ้น 2. สถาบันการศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรจัดให้มีการอบรมครูเพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสิทธิภาพในการสอนเรื่องยาเสพติด 3. รัฐบาลควรให้ความสนใจในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดอย่างจริงจัง |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes The purposes of this study were 1. To survey the opinions of the' elementary school teachers in slum areas, Bangkok Metropolis, concerning drug education in the areas of organizing drug teaching, students, teachers, activities and roles of persons and agencies concerned. 2. To compare the opinions of the teachers of different levels of education concerning drug education. Procedures The pilot questionnaire consisting of questions asking the opinions of elementary school teachers in slum areas concerning drug education was constructed in the form of rating scale. The 10 questionnaires were sent to the teachers who were not the samples of this study in order to improve the questionnaires. Then 204 questionnaires were sent to all elementary school teachers in slum areas, Bangkok Metropolis, and 192 questionnaires were sent back. The collected data were analyzed by using percentage, mean. Standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance. Results and Conclusion The major findings were as follows : 1. The majority of the teachers had the same opinions that drug education for elementary students in slum areas was very necessary and important in the present time. Drug teaching in schools should be improved on teachers, methods of teaching, materials and activities. 2. The majority of the teachers had the same opinions that drug prevention education for elementary students was needed more cooperation .from guardians as well as private and government agencies concerned. 3. The majority of- the teachers of different levels of education agreed upon the same point of view about drug education at statically significant .05. Recommendations Based on the above findings, the recommendations can be as follows : 1. The school administrators should take more support in organizing drug education in schools. 2. The educational, institutions concerned should organize in service training about drug education for the teachers. 3. The government must strongly take responsibility for drug prevention end suppression. |
