| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะศึกษาความสนใจในการอ่านและการใช้ห้องสมุดของนักศึกษาสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้า วิทยาเขตเจ้าคุณทหาร ลาดกระบัง รวมทั้งสำรวจความคิดเห็นต่อบริการต่างๆ ของห้องสมุดที่นักศึกษาใช้ประจำรวม 4 ห้องสมุด คือ ห้องสมุดคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ห้องสมุดคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ ห้องสมุดคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมและวิทยาศาสตร์ และห้องสมุดคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร ผลการวิจัยจะเป็นแนวทางแก่อาจารย์ และบรรณารักษ์ในการส่งเสริมนิสัยการอ่านและการใช้ห้องสมุดของนักศึกษา และเป็นแนวทางสำหรับห้องสมุดในการจัดหาหนังสือ สิ่งพิมพ์ และโสตทัศนวัสดุ ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนักศึกษา และเพื่อจัดบริการต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ในการดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้แจกแบบสอบถามแก่นักศึกษาทั้งระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาตรีภาคปกติทุกคณะ และทุกชั้นปี ด้วยการใช้ตัวอย่างประชากร จำนวน 316 คน ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามได้นำมาเสนอในรูปของร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ คือ นักศึกษาเห็นความสำคัญของการอ่าน จึงใช้เวลาว่างด้วยการอ่านหนังสือและสิ่งพิมพ์มาก โดยอ่านหนังสือและวารสารวิชาการมากที่สุด จุดประสงค์ในการอ่านของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คือ เพื่อให้มีความรู้กว้างขวางขึ้น ดังนั้น นักศึกษาจึงอ่านหนังสือตามดุลยพินิจของตนเอง ส่วนนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทมีจุดประสงค์ในการอ่านเพื่อเขียนรายงานหรือภาคนิพนธ์ จึงอ่านตามคำแนะนำของอาจารย์ ปัญหาสำคัญสำหรับนักศึกษาทั้ง 2 ระดับ คือ การอ่านสิ่งพิมพ์ทางวิชาการภาษาต่างประเทศในด้านสภาพการใช้ห้องสมุด นักศึกษามีความเห็นว่า ห้องสมุดมีความสำคัญต่อการศึกษามากที่สุด จึงสนใจใช้ห้องสมุดมาก โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่ออ่านและค้นคว้าหนังสือสิ่งพิมพ์ และเพื่อยืมหนังสือ หมวดหมู่หนังสือที่นักศึกษาใช้มากที่สุด คือ หนังสือหมวดวิชาที่ตรงกับสาขาที่กำลังศึกษา ดังนั้นนักศึกษาจึงใช้ห้องสมุดคณะของตนมากที่สุด โดยใช้ตำราหนังสือ และวารสารวิชาการมากกว่าสิ่งพิมพ์อื่นๆ นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่า ห้องสมุดมีหนังสือ สิ่งพิมพ์ไม่เพียงพอ และควรปรับปรุงบริการต่างๆ อาทิเช่น บริการการใช้วิทยานิพนธ์ในห้องสมุดคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ บริการถ่ายเอกสารในห้องสมุดคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ บริการแนะนำการใช้ห้องสมุด และบริการหนังสือจองในห้องสมุดคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร นักศึกษาเสนอแนะให้ห้องสมุดคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ประชาสัมพันธ์ห้องสมุดให้มากกว่าเดิม เสนอให้ห้องสมุดคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ขยายเวลาเปิดบริการ เสนอให้ห้องสมุดคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมและวิทยาศาสตร์เพิ่มจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ให้บริการ และเสนอให้ห้องสมุดคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรเพิ่มจำนวนหนังสือที่ให้ยืม ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสะดวกในการใช้ห้องสมุด ปรากฏว่า นักศึกษาทุกคณะได้รับความสะดวกในการใช้ห้องสมุดคณะปานกลาง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ 1) นักศึกษาควรขยายขอบเขตการอ่าน ไม่ควรอ่านเฉพาะสิ่งพิมพ์ทางวิชาการสาขาที่กำลังศึกษาเท่านั้น และควรใช้บริการต่างๆ ของห้องสมุดให้มากกว่าเดิม 2) อาจารย์ควรให้ความร่วมมือกับบรรณารักษ์ในการเลือกหนังสือเข้าห้องสมุดและให้คำแนะนำด้านการอ่านแก่นักศึกษา 3) ห้องสมุดคณะต่างๆ ควรเพิ่มบริการและร่วมมือกันให้มากกว่าเดิม และควรนำผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้มาเป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณา ปรับปรุงแก้ไขงานบริการและการปฏิบัติงานของห้องสมุด เพื่อให้สนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ห้องสมุดส่วนใหญ่ และพัฒนาห้องสมุดต่างๆ ของวิทยาเขตนี้ให้มีฐานะเป็นศูนย์กลางของการบริการทางวิชาการอย่างแท้จริง | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อประเมินคุณค่านวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน อันจะเป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาเพื่อคัดเลือกจัดหาเข้าห้องสมุด เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นสภาพสังคม วัฒนธรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี และหลักปรัชญาชีวิตของชาวจีนอันจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการค้นคว้าข้อมูล และในการบริการตอบคำถามและช่วยการค้นคว้าของห้องสมุด เพื่อกระตุ้นให้สำนักพิมพ์เห็นความสำคัญของการคัดเลือกนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน โดยมีการพิจารณาคุณค่าก่อนนำมาจัดพิมพ์เผยแพร่ เพื่อชี้แนะให้แก่ผู้แปลถึงลักษณะของนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในที่ดี ที่ควรนำไปใช้เป็นเกณฑ์ช่วยในการพิจารณาตัดสินใจเมื่อเลือกเรื่องที่จะนำมาแปลนั้น วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย คือ 1) คัดเลือกนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในที่ได้รับความนิยมในปี พ.ศ.2521-2522 ซึ่งได้ตีพิมพ์มาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ครั้ง และมีสถิติการจำหน่ายเกินกว่า 5,000 เล่ม มาจัดทำเป็นบัญชีรายชื่อ มีนวนิยายที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจำนวน 39 เรื่อง 2) นำรายชื่อนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกมาสร้างแบบทดสอบสำหรับผู้อ่านจำนวน 60 ชุด เพื่อให้ผู้อ่านเลือก นวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในเรื่องที่เห็นว่า ดี มีสารประโยชน์ ควรค่าแก่การอ่าน 3) จากจำนวนแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด ได้รับคำตอบกลับคืนมา 58 ชุด คิดเป็น 96.67% และเลือกเรื่องที่มีผู้อ่านอย่างน้อย 30 คน เห็นว่าดีได้ทั้งหมด 12 เรื่อง เพื่อนำมาใช้เป็นตัวอย่างประชากรสำหรับประเมินคุณค่า 4) สร้างเกณฑ์ประเมินคุณค่าโดยศึกษาจากงานวิจัยและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับการประเมินคุณค่าของวรรณกรรมประเภทต่างๆ และสอบถามจากผู้อ่าน ผู้แปล และผู้เชี่ยวชาญวรรณกรรมจีน 5) ประเมินคุณค่านวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน 12 เรื่อง ที่ได้รับเลือกเป็นตัวอย่างประชากรตามเกณฑ์ประเมินคุณค่าและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่างๆ โดยวิธีการทางสถิติ คือ ร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า โครงเรื่องใหญ่ที่นิยมใช้ในนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน คือ ความแค้น บุญคุณ และความจงรักภักดีที่มีต่อเพื่อน ครอบครัว และสถาบันต่างๆ นวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในนิยมใช้โครงเรื่องหลายๆ ลักษณะผสมผสานกัน โครงเรื่องที่นิยมใช้มากที่สุด คือ การนำธาตุแท้ของมนุษย์ในด้านร้ายมาตีแผ่ โครงเรื่องและเนื้อเรื่องส่วนใหญ่มีความสอดคล้องกันอย่างสมเหตุสมผล และมีรูปแบบเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจ วิธีการเขียนเรื่องใช้การบรรยายเป็นหลัก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ใช้ในการดำเนินเรื่องและบรรยายตัวละครที่สร้างขึ้นให้สมจริง ตัวละครส่วนใหญ่มีลักษณะหลายอย่างทั้งดีและเลว ตัวเอกฝ่ายธรรมยึดมั่นในคุณธรรม รักษาสัจจะ มีฝีมือเก่งกล้า กล้าหาญ และชอบช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ตัวเอกฝ่ายอธรรมมีลักษณะเป็นคนหน้าซื่อใจคด เจ้าเล่ห์ และสุขุม ฉลาดลึกซึ้ง วิธีการจบเรื่องที่ใช้ส่วนมากเป็นการจบแบบสุขนาฏกรรม คุณค่าที่ปรากฏอยู่ในนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในมากที่สุด คือ คุณค่าทางด้านสุภาษิต คำคม คำพังเพย คติสอนใจของจีน ด้านวัฒนธรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีของชาวจีน เกี่ยวกับการประกอบอาชีพและภาษา ด้านค่านิยมในการดำเนินชีวิต และด้านการต่อสู้ สำหรับความคิดเห็นของผู้อ่าน ผู้อ่านส่วนใหญ่อ่านนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในเพื่อความสนุกสนาน ลักษณะของโครงเรื่องที่ชอบมาก คือ เรื่องเกี่ยวกับความขัดแย้งของความคิด ปรัชญา อารมณ์ ผู้อ่านส่วนใหญ่ยอมรับว่านวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในมีคุณค่า และคุณค่าที่เห็นเด่นชัดที่สุด เป็นที่ยอมรับกันทั่วไป คือ สอนใจ มีคติธรรม และปรัชญาต่างๆ ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ 1) สุภาษิต คำคม คำพังเพย ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี และความรู้อื่นๆ ของจีนที่มีลักษณะแปลกไม่คุ้นเคยสำหรับคนไทย ควรมีการแทรกคำอธิบายและเปรียบเทียบกับของไทยทุกครั้ง เพื่อให้ผู้อ่านเข้าใจได้ง่าย 2) คำนำ ความคิดเห็น คำวิจารณ์ของผู้แต่ง ผู้แปล ควรพยายามให้มีในนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในทุกเรื่อง เพราะเป็นประโยชน์มากในการเลือกอ่านนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในของผู้อ่านและของบรรณารักษ์ และเป็นแหล่งความรู้สำคัญเกี่ยวกับ นวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน ซึ่งสามารถนำไปอ้างอิงได้ 3) ข้อมูลทางบรรณานุกรมของนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน เช่น ชื่อผู้แต่ง จำนวนเล่ม ครั้งที่พิมพ์ ฯลฯ ควรให้รายละเอียดไว้ให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่จะมากได้ เพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับการอ้างอิงในงานวิจัย และการทำบัตรรายการของห้องสมุด 4) สำนักพิมพ์และนักแปล ควรร่วมมือกันกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกนวนิยายที่นำมาแปลและพิมพ์เผยแพร่โดยเน้นในด้านคุณค่า ความสนุกสนาน และมีลักษณะเนื้อเรื่อง ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้อ่าน เพื่อให้มีนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในที่มีคุณภาพและได้รับความนิยมจากผู้อ่านตลอดไป ข้อเสนอแนะในการทำงานวิจัยครั้งต่อไป คือ 1) การศึกษาผลงานของนักเรียนและนักแปลคนสำคัญๆ ท่านใดท่านหนึ่งอย่างละเอียด 2) การวิเคราะห์นวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในเรื่องที่เป็นที่ยอมรับแล้วว่าเป็นเรื่องดีเด่น เช่น มังกรหยก ฤทธิ์มีดสั้น อย่างละเอียด 3) การศึกษาลักษณะของนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายในเปรียบเทียบกับนวนิยายไทยที่เน้นด้านการต่อสู้ หรือที่อิงประวัติศาสตร์ 4) การศึกษาบทบาทและอิทธิพลของนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน ที่มีต่อวงการหนังสือไทยและที่มีต่อผู้อ่าน 5) การศึกษาสำนวนภาษาที่ใช้ในนวนิยายจีนกำลังภายใน | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The aims of this thesis are to study students’ Interests in reading, their use of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology libraries, Chao Khun Taharn Ladkrabang Campus and their opinions concerning the services of the four libraries they most frequently used; Faculty of Engineering Library, Faculty of Architecture : Library, Faculty of Education Science and Technology Library and Faculty of Agricultural Technology Library. The results of the research will serve as a guidance for teachers and librarians to promote the students’ reading habits and contribute some suggestions for the improvement of the library services. The data were collected through questionnaires completed by 316 graduate and undergraduate students of the campus. The results are analysed and presented in the forms of Percentages, Means and Standard Deviations. The result of the research can be summarized that the students consider that reading is significant therefore they spend most of their time reading books and Journals on various academic subjects. The major purpose of reading for undergraduate students is to extend their knowledge by reading for themselves while graduate students read on the suggestion of their teachers in order to do research. The significant problem of the two levels of students is the reading of books and journals in a foreign languages. The majority of students realize the important role of the library in education so they spend most of their time using libraries in order to read, to borrow books and other materials. Concerning students’ interest it was discovered that the students use their own Faculty libraries and are interested in reading books as well as journals in their major subjects. The majority of the students complained that the collections of books is too small and that library services should be improved such as the service of borrowing thesis in the Faculty of Engineering Library, photocopying service in the Faculty of Architecture Library, instruction in library use and reserved books in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology Library. The students suggested that the Faculty of Engineering Library should have public relations of libraries1 the Faculty of Architecture Library should extend the borrowing time of service; the Faculty of Education Science and Technology Library should increase the number of staff and the Faculty of Agricultural Technology Library should increase the number of books each student may borrow. Recommendations, The students should concentrate not only on materials in their major subjects but also in other fields. The Student3 ought to make use of other library services. The teaching staff of the campus should cooperate with the librarians and should give advice on reading to the students. Each Faculty Library in the campus should cooperate in extending -services. It is suggested that the results of this study provide useful guidelines in improving library services in order to meet the needs of the majority of the clients as well as to develop these libraries to the status of a real academic service center. | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were: To evaluate the Chinese heroic or "semi-classic" stories in order to form guidelines in the book selection process concerning this type of stories; To study Chinese characteristics reflecting in the context concerning the social conditions, culturesร traditional beliefs, and life philosophy of the Chinese people in order to help in the library reference services; To stimulate the publishers to see the importance of taking into considerations the merit values of the Chinese heroic stories chosen for publication; and To indicate to the translators of good characteristics to be used as criteria for the choice of appropriate stories to be translated. The Procedures of the research were : 1. Choosing the best-sellers Chinese heroic stories during 1978 - 4979 (B.E. 2521 - 2522 .published at least twice and the total sale statistics was over 5,000 copies) to form a list. (39 stories) 2.Preparing 60 sets of questionnaires5 each included the list of best-sellers to send to the 60 readers randomly chosen to ask for their choice of stories considered to be famous and worth¬while reading. 3.Fifty-eight completed questionnaires were returned (96.67 %) Twelve stories (each had been picked up by at least 30 readers) were chosen as samples for the evaluation. 4. Constructing an evaluation form through reading research and other literature and asking opinions from readers, tra and experts in Chinese literature 5. Reading the 12 Chinese heroic stories to evaluate according to the criteria formed and analyzed the data to be presented in percentage. The results could be concluded as the followings; The main plots of the Chinese heroic stories were revengeful obligation and loyalty to friends, family and the institutions. Many subplots were reasonably and interestingly interwoven and mainly representing the darker shade of human nature. The writing style was descriptive to lead the story along and to personalize the fictitious characters. The leading characters were mostly round. The leading ”good” characters fervently adhered to moral values and developed the expertise in fighting. The were brave warriors spending their lifetime to help others in distress. The leading "bad" characters were mostly presented as cunning and clever crooks. Most of the stories were happily ended. As for the positive values9 the most found were Chinese proverbs and sayings. philosophical mottos and traditional principles; cultural and traditional practices in the use of language and the pursued profession; social values in the leading of lives and the struggles of man. As for the readers’ points of views the majority were in accord in their statement of reading for pleasure. The most preferred plot was that concerning ideological conflicts9 philosophy, and emotion. The readers also agreed that the Chinese heroic stories were distinguished in the teaching of moral values and philosophical presentation. Recommendations are as follows? 1. Chinese proverbs, mottos cultures custom and any knowledge which are unfamiliar to the Thai readers should be explained or compared with what are .well-known to those readers for them to understand better. 2. The preface by the authors or the translators representing the views and criticism on the stories should be presented in order to guide the readers and the librarians in their selection and to be used as resourceful knowledge concerning the Chinese heroic stories. 3. Bibliographical information of the stories such as authors, total number of volumes J edition, and so forth should be presented for use in research citations and in the cataloging process. 4. Publishers and translators should cooperate in the setting up of criteria for the selection of works to be translated and published by focusing on merit values, recreational contents and directly meet the readers’ needs in order to distribute qualitative Chinese heroic stories that continue to win the readers’ interests. Recommendations for further researches? 1. The study of the works of notable' authors and translators. 2. The analysis of some outstanding Chinese heroic stories. 3. The comparative study of Chinese and Thai heroic and historical stories, 4. The study of the role and influence of Chinese heroic stories upon Thai literary circle readers. 5. The study of style and language used in Chinese heroic stories. | |
