dc.description.abstract	การซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์เป็นกิจการที่มีการหมุนเวียนของงานรวดเร็วและเวลาที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ มีจำกัด ปริมาณงานที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ และความก้าวหน้าทางด้านวิชาการในวิธีการประมวลผลข้อมูล ทำให้ฝ่ายจัดการตัดสินใจนำเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาช่วยในการประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่รวดเร็วทันกับความต้องการของฝ่ายจัดการ วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงขั้นตอนการทำงานของระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์ด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ขนาดเล็กอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น ขั้นตอนการวิจัยเริ่มโดยการศึกษาวิธีการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ให้เป็นไปตามกฎข้อบังคับและระเบียบต่าง ๆ ที่กำหนดไว้ แหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลและระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์ที่ทำด้วยมือ ซึ่งมีการควบคุมภายในที่ดีอย่างละเอียด เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางระบบงานที่ทำด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์ด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ขนาดเล็ก เริ่มต้นด้วยการวางระบบงาน การจัดไฟล์ข้อมูล ร่างแผนภูมิโปรแกรมให้ทำงานตามระบบงานที่วางไว้ เพื่อใช้เป็นแบบแผนในการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษาคอมพิวเตอร์ และการออกแบบรายงานให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงน้อยที่สุด รวมทั้งเสนอรายงานที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อฝ่ายจัดการเพิ่มขึ้น ขั้นสุดท้ายคือการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษาเบลิคตามแผนภูมิโปรแกรมและทดสอบความถูกต้องในการทำงานของโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ โดยใช้ข้อมูลที่สมมติขึ้นตามแบบของข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในการปฏิบัติงานพร้อมทั้งเสนอรายงานตามแบบที่กำหนดไว้ ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปปรับปรุงระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์ของกิจการซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์อื่น ๆ จัดทำรายงานที่มีประโยชน์ต่อฝ่ายจัดการในการดำเนินงานด้านธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การจัดวางระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์โดยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการมีการควบคุมภายในที่ดีจะช่วยให้กิจการสามารถรับสถานการณ์ได้ทันเวลาเมื่อการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยขยายตัวในอนาคต สำหรับสภาวการณ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นช่วงที่ปริมาณการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ซบเซา ปริมาณการซื้อชายหลักทรัพย์และลูกค้าลดน้อยลง การจัดซื้อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อนำมาใช้ในระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์โดยเฉพาะอาจได้ข้อมูลไม่คุ้มค่ากับการลงทุน ควรพิจารณาถึงวิธีการอื่น ๆ ในการจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้ในระบบบัญชีซื้อและขายหลักทรัพย์ของกิจการหรือนำเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ซื้อไว้ไปใช้งานในระบบงานด้านอื่น ๆ ของกิจการเพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อให้การใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพด้วย
dc.description.abstractalternative	Securities trading by its nature has a short time cycle and therefore has a limited period of time to get the relevant work, mainly data processing, properly executed. The increase in number of transactions and progress in data processing technology suggest the use of computer in this field in order to help decision-makers obtain fast enough information to remain competent in the field. The purpose of this research is to set up a competent accounting system for security trading through the use of a Mini-Computer. This aim was achieved by undertaking the following steps:- First, a manual accounting system for security trading was studied as well as the internal control required and regulations laid down by the Securities Exchange of Thailand to be complied with. This was used as a base to set up a computerized system for security trading. The following procedures were then undertaken:-set up system flowcharts, file structures, programme flowcharts, the Basic language programmes were written from assumed data, such programmes were then tested and reports were presented in required forms. The result of the research as presented here can be applied with some adaptations to other security trading companies. Such a system would make the security trading companies ready for expansion, should that materialize in the future, since the computerized system would enable management to receive the required information without delay. It is unfortunate that at present security trading is in the slump stage which may make an investment in mini-computer unjustified. However, other means of getting the required and efficient information in short period of time should be explored into, for instance hiring such a machine or including other phases of accounting system in the use of a Mini-Computer as well, in order to justify its high cost of initial investment.
