| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการอำนวยการแข่งขันและคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน เกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างคณะกรรมการอำนวยการแข่งขันกับคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขันเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 1 โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังคณะกรรมการอำนวยการแข่งขัน 34 ชุดได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 25 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.53 คณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน 144 ชุด ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 108 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.72 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างโดยใช้ค่า “ที” (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คณะกรรมการอำนวยการแข่งขันและคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติว่าประสบปัญหาโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการเงินด้านอื่นๆนอกนั้นประสบปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างคณะกรรมการอำนวยการแข่งขันกับคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขันเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ พบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกด้าน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the opinions of directing committee and organizing committee concerning problems in organizing and conducting the First National Youth Games and to compare the opinions of those committees. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 34 members of the directing committee, and 144 members of the organizing committee. Twenty-five questionnaires accounted for 75.53 percent from the organizing committee were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. Also, the t-test was employed to determine if there was any significant difference between the opinions. The results indicated that : 1. Problems in conducting and organizing the First National Youth Games were as follow : financial problems were rated as the high level, but others than those were rated as the low level. 2. When comparing the opinions of directing committee and organizing committee concerning problems in organizing and conducting the First National Youth Games, there was no significant difference between opinions of those committees at .05 level. |
