dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงวิธีการปลูกฝังความมีน้ำใจนักกีฬาของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียน ขณะมีการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนวิชาพลศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่งไปให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูพลศึกษาทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 284 คน และได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาร้อยละ 73.00 ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลของการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ในการสอนเรื่องน้ำใจนักกีฬาที่เกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้เล่นที่ดี ครูพลศึกษาได้เน้นในเรื่องของการเคารพเชื่อฟังคำตัดสินของผู้ตัดสิน และกรรมการในการตัดสินโดยตลอด รองลงมาคือการปฏิบัติตนตามกติการะเบียบข้อบังคับ 2. ในการสอนเรื่องน้ำใจนักกีฬาที่เกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้ดูที่ดี ครูพลศึกษาเน้นในเรื่องการให้เกียรติผู้ตัดสิน กรรมการและผู้เล่นทั้งสองฝ่าย รองลงมาคือการแสดงความเคารพและยอมรับคำตัดสินของผู้ตัดสินและกรรมการตลอดเวลาการแข่งขัน เช่น ไม่ยั่วยุ ด่าทอ เย้ยหยัน ให้ผู้ตัดสินและกรรมการ 3. ในการสอนเรื่องน้ำใจนักกีฬาที่เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะน้ำใจนักกีฬาด้านอื่น ๆ ครูพลศึกษาเน้นในเรื่องการให้นักเรียนรู้จักการให้อภัยในความผิดพลาดของเพื่อนร่วมทีมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ การให้นักเรียนมีความรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของตน 4. ในด้านวิธีการสอน ครูพลศึกษาใช้วิธีการสอนแบบบรรยายสอดแทรกในเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในขณะเล่นกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เป็นการสอนแบบบรรยายหรืออภิปรายโดยครูพลศึกษาเอง นอกจากนี้ พบว่าครูพลศึกษาได้สอนในเรื่องความมีน้ำใจนักกีฬาทุกครั้งในชั่วโมงพลศึกษา แต่ไม่ค่อยจริงจังกับการสอนเท่าที่ควร เนื่องจากไม่มีเอกสารไม่มีหนังสือที่จะใช้ค้นคว้าในการเตรียมการสอน และมีเวลาในการสอนวิชาพลศึกษาแต่ละคาบน้อยเกินไป ทำให้ไม่สามารถบรรจุเนื้อหาเรื่องนี้เข้าไปในการสอนได้มากเท่าที่ควร 5. การปรับปรุงวิธีการสอนเรื่องน้ำใจนักกีฬาของครูพลศึกษา ครูพลศึกษาเห็นว่า ควรจะปรับปรุงในสิ่งต่อไปนี้ตามลำดับคือ การมีน้ำใจนักกีฬาของครูพลศึกษา โดยการทำตนให้เป็นตัวอย่าง ครูพลศึกษาควรมีความรู้เรื่องน้ำใจนักกีฬาดีขึ้น การเห็นความสำคัญของน้ำใจนักกีฬาของครูพลศึกษา
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to survey the opinion of physical education teachers on methods of inculcating sportsmanship character in students of secondary school level. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 284 physical education teachers. Seventy-three percent of questionnaires were returned. The obtained data were than analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows : 1. In inculcating sportsmanship as being a good player, the teacher gave emphasis on character of respecting and abiding by the concerned referee’s [judgments] and abiding by the set up rules and regulations of the game. 2. In inculcating sportsmanship as being a good spectator, teachers gave emphasis on respecting and [honoring] the concerned referee and the players of both teams, and believing and abiding by the judgment made by the refreree and officials concerned with out any objection or blaming on the part of the officials. 3. In inculcating sportsmanship on some other related important characters, the teachers gave emphasis on being able to forgive to team-mates and being responsible to his own actions. 4. In methods used in inculcating sportsmanship characters, the teachers employed lecture and discussion when various teaching physical education activities situation lent itself. The main problems of being unable to inculcating sportsmanship in students successfully were the lact of books and materials on sportsmanship and inadequate of inculcating time in each physical education class period. 5. In improving the effectiveness of inculcating sportsmanship in students, the physical education teachers felt that the following factors should be kept in mind : physical education teachers should possess knowledge on and good attitude towards sportsmanship and set an example of having sportsmanship characters to students.
